  Welcome to the Microsoft answers community site. I suggest you try these options:

  Option 1: Make sure that Windows Update Service is running, or if a force start it takes

  1. open run it and type services.msc, and then press ENTER.

  2 locate the underside of services in all install services list.

  Windows Update (a)

  (b) BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service)

  (c) cryptographic Services

  3. check that the status is started. If the condition column is blank, right-click on the service and select start.

  4. always make sure that the Startup Type is set to automatic, and then restart the computer.

  Option 2: How to reset the Windows Update components?

  Run the Microsoft Fixit tool to reset Windows Component Update.

  No, you won't lose your settings for Applications like Photoshop or Lightroom.

  It's just when uninstall creative cloud.

  Sometimes a driver update can provide more opportunities of Application.

  Basically the GPU (GeForce GT 740 M) you are using is not tested more for these new applications:

  -http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cs6-gpu-faq1.html#Tested video cards for Photoshop CC and CC 2014

  * nVidia GeForce 7000, 8000, 9000, 100, 200, 300 series and Intel HD Graphics (first generation)

  cards/GPU are not been tested and are not officially supported in Photoshop CC and CC 2014.

  Some GL features are available for these cards, but it is possible that the new features do not work.

  I just removed Dreamweaver CS6 and reinstalled (Windows, ver. 12 rel. 5808) compared to the creative clouds, in the hope of finding the new scoreboard with video option insert media/HTLM has announced in this video:

  For more than a day or two I have not able to connect to plain old adobe.com (except very intermittent and then cannot open other pages of it). I can connect to and discovers forums.adobe.com and forum creative cloud, but I can't connect and post a message on logon problems.   Try to go to help > updates in Dreamweaver CS6, which will launch Adobe Application Manager in a different way for the updates. There you can set preferences to automatically check updates for individual programs and how you are notified of updates. I show a newer version than what you have listed 5848, so I think it is an update, you must install. -Dave

  The transformation Panel is visible only from the develop Module. Your screenshot is from the library Module.

• Photoshop CC 2015 stuck "updating the database of profiles of lenses"

  I am trying to load jpeg 21 images in a stack on Photoshop CC 2015.1.1 release and I get the pop up dialog box "lens Profiles database update" which still hung and never move forward. When I hit 'Cancel' I lose the battery it has begun.

  I've just updated Lightroom version 3.4 and now I can't find the files Panel in the develop module. In the library module, it's not in the develop module. It isn't even an option to right click for a panel of folders under the module development.

  Records is not a part of the develop Module. Has never been.

  I see it this morning. This is an update for the iOS device preview feature in Photoshop.  Window > overview of the unit.

  Adobe Preview CC on the App Store on iTunes version 1.2.0

  Aaand click the update gives me a red 'update failed '.

  Sign out and sign in the application of office of CC and the update button disappeared.

  Start and just type Control Panel.  Who's going to find it.  Or right-click on the start screen and select all applications.  You can find it as well.
