Where to check if sourcefire blocks the IP
Hello world
In our environment, we are often asked to check the specific IP addresses to confirm whether or not sourcefire allows the connection.
You will need to confirm if Sourcefire DC block any IP address that is the best place to check?
Under sign in events?
or security intelligence activities?

Where to check who has changed the password of Admin of HSS and what the new password
Hello world
I use Hyperion 11.1.2.1.
Can you please tell what newspapers reveal that changed the password of Admin of HSS and what is the new password.
Even though I know how to reset the password of admin HSS but for security reasons I want to know which user changed the password of HSS.
-Sun
If it was the default password admin account then it's probably the admin account that has changed, you can run reports to audit in Shared Services, but to be honest, they are pretty useless, in the HSS database there is a table named CSS_USERS and a column called updatedby which will show the user who has made changes to the account updatedtimestamp last and column to indicate when

by the way check box values in the WHERE clause
Hello
I created a data block - 'CONTACT' (block of data in database)
and has an element of database - 'Code', 'Descr '.
The number of records displayed has the value 5.
When enabled - value 'Y '.
Value when disabled - n
Box mapping of other values - "unchecked."
I write the code inside "WHEN the BUTTON PRESS. My main goal is to return the number of records from
According to several conditions and one among them is the CODE which can be single or multiple based on the checked checkbox.
The requirement is when I check one or more boxes, I should pass the "Code" element values in the WHERE clause.
I tried to use the simple loop but things havmt worked as shown below.
The next_record refers to the COCHEE BOX as well, and thus return all the eventhough lines if it is not checked.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-LOOP
IF: contact.cb = 'Y' THEN
LOOP
IF p_where is null then
p_where: =: contact.code;
on the other
p_where: = p_where | «, » || : contact.code;
end if;
When the output: system.last_record = "TRUE";
next_record;
END LOOP;
end if;
-END LOOP;
MESSAGE ("p_where :'|| p_where);
MESSAGE (' ');
END;
------------------------------------
And even if I write the LOOP before the first CASE, it returns me the current value and move to the last record.
Please suggest
Try something like this:
FIRST_RECORD; LOOP IF :contact.cb = 'Y' THEN IF p_where is null then p_where := :contact.code; else p_where := p_where ||','||:contact.code; end if; END IF; exit when :system.last_record = 'TRUE'; next_record; END LOOP; -- END LOOP; MESSAGE ( 'p_where :'||p_where); MESSAGE (' '); END;

anti-spam messages expected to come from Paypal. I closed the account and block the associated map in case. However, I was recommended by Paypal to check my iphone and Ipad if no virus of these emails infected by the devices. How? Thank you
Unless you have jailbroken your iOS devices, there are no viruses that can infect them. Sounds like PayPal tries to return the ball.

- YouTube seems to be blocking the use of Firefox on 2015-01-08, let me (ATTACH) a screenshot.
- I see that the default search engine (alias "recipes) for Firefox Google/YouTube, Yahoo has recently changed.
This is due to the extension of the masking Agent, sending deliberately incorrect sites on the browser you use. I don't know if the extension allows you to make an exception for youtube.com and ytimg.com in order to work around the problem. If this isn't the case, you may need to disable the extension.
You can manage on the page extension modules. Either:
- CTRL + SHIFT + a
- "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then find Agent masking and check for that option button. This is also where you would turn it off.
(Often a link appears above an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click on the last step.)
As far as I know, your default search engine is invisible to Web sites, so this probably isn't a problem. Or do you want to make a change here? This article has the steps: use the Firefox search bar.

Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.
-
You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE, then click on run as administrator. Then from the command prompt, type sfc/scannow.
-
Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.
`
When you get your system in good working condition, I invite you to back up your system up to an external hard drive and it puts regular periodic updates.

Why "check to see if the Plugins are up-to-date" web page is ALWAYS case SENSITIVE?
When I go to 'Tools' / 'Plug-Ins' and click on 'Check to see if the Plugins are up-to-date' he going to Mozilla to check your Plugin Page, but fails to see the plugins or plugins active update status. ( https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/?utm_source=firefox-browser & utm_medium = firefox-browser & utm_campaign = plugincheck-update ) I use OS X 10.10.3 / Firefox 37.0.1 / March-14-2015
Tried re-installing original report, clear cookies, clear cache and start in Safe Mode, nothing is. Another ridiculous control and there is never any support when things go wrong. Unfortunately, I have received no professional concern, with a competent cause and healing. None. And I had pointed out to me this problem since Firefox 35.0.
Need info and a difficulty, for months now! Thank you! Whitebuck

Unable to block the port with pfctl(8)
I try to block the process that is listening on the port on my MacBook Pro 9110 to simulate the network interruption.
If I have the following rule:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
block fast drop on all proto tcp from any to any port = 9110

My second process has communicated successfully with the port is blocked, and the client has successfully sent applications to the blocked process. The best I could achieve blocks all communications process with these lists of rules:

block any waiver

However, this is exactly what I need. Am I missing something? Any commnets/suggestion will be appreciated. Here is my result of lsof command:
