  I guess you have a Realtek sound card and Realtek HD audio Manager should appear in Control Panel.

  You n t need any driver, and there is no drivers for an external USB HDD.

  The USB driver is part of the Windows OS and it s already installed.
  The USB HDD must be fitted with a plug & play device which means that should be recognized automatically after you connect to the laptop USB port.

  What OS you have and what laptop is it?
  The operating system is up to date?
  USB ports are correctly listed in the Device Manager?

  If Windows was installed on a partition C: drive and cloned the drive with two partition v.

  Windows must change the letters if a player is off arrangement.

  the clone is an exact copy from where it comes.

• Keep the drive hard folder Structure...

  So one thing that always annoyed me about the feature of backup/restore with Adobe Elements is that she didn't have to keep the folder structure.  For example, I keep all my photos in Pictures\ \Weddings \Events \Etc.   That way if I want to quickly browse the hard disk a file without using Adobe I know what sound file in.

  If this is the wireless controller, you need the adapter wireless to your PC.  If this is a wired remote, you just plug it in and Vista will recognize.  You don't need drivers otherwise.
