Which is the latest version of FireFox 'solid'; 3.6.21, 3.6.23 or 3.6.24?

I rebuild my desktop and wanted to have a version of FireFox on it. I use Chrome, for the most part, these last few months, but I still like the old FireFox, its stability, performance and what he represented. Having a good 3.x version is fond and nostalgic; close to have a reliable and quality plus car to always have around to fall back on!

I wonder, what, which, in the various opinions, is the 'strongest' in the old classic FireFox? I've heard a lot about 3.6.23. It is also the last I used before trying to 4.x (the road who told eventually leads to the Chrome). But 3.6.24 was later, and I see much referenced 3.6.21.

I know that's not a big difference, but I figure, if I keep a static version, no update of FF around, which is the best, more solid and more bug free?

Hi, Kosh, I can understand why you want to keep the version of Firefox 3.6.x. I use Firefox and Chrome as well. I agree with aspöck 3.6.24 is the latest 3.6.x version which is always maintained for security and stability. I use this version on one of my laptops (XP) for the same reasons you mentioned.

Here is the official download link for Firefox to Firefox 3.6.24.

I also maintain a web page for all updates Quick Firefox release with official download links.
