While closing, programs are pending and that I still have programs that are running, but actually I don't

Hello

I close all programs and then I closed my laptop but I see message programs are pending and that I still have programs that run, but actually I did not! I close all! and then after a few seconds it just stops himself well. In my view, there is a problem, why I see this message?

This time, when I stopped my laptop a blue screen appeared saying windows is recovering from an unexpected shutdown. This was not unexpected at all, I closed all programs and all just stop it!

From elsewhere when I press ctrl + alt + del and start the Task Manager I see not all programs that are running.

It's a windows 7 64.

I see message waiting programs so that I still have programs that run, but actually I did not!

Actually closing manually request does not mean that it is not running

Some of the startup item typically run in the background

There is no additional work Windows doesn't do, what application you are running is to show

All you can do is try to disable all start once and go to the service tab and select below "hide all Microsoft services and disable and to apply, it will ask the start/stop and see same problem is happening or not."

Press win + r > type "msconfig" and enter and click on start and select Disable all and restart

Some tools Anti Virus 'protect' your system so that they will not allow a restore of the system work properly.

For example, if you use Norton/Symantec products, you will see a message like this:
Restoration incomplete. Your computer cannot be restored...
It is also a popular Symantec problem (well, I'll be polite and call an "undocumented feature"...), they wrote an article about it:
According to what you use for malware protection, you may need to disable the product temporarily, do the system restore and then turn the products light up again when the system restore is complete.
Sometimes you need start your system in Mode safe and so that your protection programs are not running, and then do the system restore.  Tips from Microsoft in some of their articles that if the system restore does not restore your computer, start in Safe Mode, and then run the system restore.  It works for some configurations.
System Restore is sometimes so afflicted or Restore Points are suspicious, the best solution is to reinstall your system restore.  This will remove the old Restore Points, but sometimes it's the only way to fix a broken system restore.  You don't have to reinstall XP, only the part of system restore.
That can leave you with your problem of unspecified origin that you hope the system restore will fix (using a system restore is usually not equivalent to fixing the problem though).
Give these ideas some consideration if they apply to you.
Sometimes malicious will afflict your system restore to prevent you to find and remove malware.  It would much rather you trick into thinking that you need to repair or reinstall your XP when it is not necessary.

    PC Professional, accounting files needed!
    SOS!

The fact that your system works well in Safe Mode (w / network) indicates that a program run as part of your startup that causes this condition.  Safe mode is nothing else than Windows running with a bare minimum of programs and processes required to start your system (that is, all non-essential is cut off).

This problem will be a proposal of chance.  You need start your computer Safe Mode and run a configuration manager (msconfig or autoruns) and disable programs that run automatically at startup, until you find the (s) which is causing your problem in a selective way.  First turn off non-Microsoft and programs that extend if necessary MS programs.  These programs will warn you generally if you try to disable something you shouldn't.  After you turn off some of them, you restart normally and see if the problem persists.  Once you find the program/process disturbed, the procedure is usually obvious as to the difficulty (usually UN-installing then re - install)

  • Several virtual machines are running, but are not in stock

    Hi all

I hope that someone has experienced this condition and can help.

    Here's what I have.

I have 13 VMs (Windows-based) I did some tests with the help of EMC RP DR. All servers in a group to ensure consistency with the two LUNs. I was able to failover of the environment on the site of copy and then restore to the original location.

However, today when I didn't return the case I lost 4 virtual machines.

-J' have 9 virtual machines I see in vCenter Server

-The virtual machines that I've "lost" are running, and I can connect using RDP, but they do not appear in vCenter Server

-Virtual machines are in their records in their data warehouses. When I find the appropriate folder and try to add to the inventory, the option is grayed out. Which suggests that the VM is saved, but when I search I do not see the instance.

PowerCLI command revealed that the two Mas I have 9 powered on virtual machines. Like I said all 13 virtual machines are running.

I asked each his vmInventory.xml of the host in the cluster file servers registered on all hosts are 9 instead of 13.

I have not disassembled the DS during operations of RecoverPoint failover, power off just the virtual machines.

Fortunately, this environment is not in full production, but which is the right thing.

Someone at - he encountered this rather odd situation.

If relevant, Bay storage is EMC VNX and access is any block.

    Kind regards

    no problem you are welcome!

If you do not get the manufacturer's logo & if the monitor LED goes from green to Orange after a certain time, then it is a hardware error.

  • disable tabs while some elements are running

    Hello

In the following VI, I try to get the "CAM" is disabled and grayed out tab while the Boolean value of 'Start in CQI' is set to True, and then become enabled again once the Boolean of 'Start in CQI' value becomes false.  I also like the "ACQ" tab to do the same while the Boolean value 'Test' is used.  The two Boolean buttons will control the functions that use the same camera interface, not only at the same time, but I assure you I'm not from the tab "ACQ" active which is acquiring images to the tab "CAM" to test my camera settings, while the camera interface is already used by the functions tab "ACQ".  I have attached the VI is a version of the main VI I develops, but luckily we there what give someone an idea of what I am trying to accomplish.  I searched around and came up with the structure of the event which is in VI.  What I disables tab "CAM" when I press the button "Start ACQ", but it is not become active once more after I stop the acquisition.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

Given all these loops like this unfortunately makes confused and actually works against you. What you need to do is to separate the management of execution of events. You can do it by the simple fact of having only 2 loops. A single loop handles events, and the other just running the process. See attached mod as a starting point. Note that I reduced the time of the loop for the loop of 'process' for demonstration.

  • Why Firefox doesn't stop running when I turn it off? Every time I have stop and come back later, I get a message that Firefox runs, but does not and I have to restart my computer to access Firefox.

  • Since worm 36 and perhaps earlier, I have bookmarks under the stars, but not when I ask to show all bookmarks

by clicking on the bookmarks on the home page gives me my favorites
I have bookmarks under recently and unsorted bookmarks. I can move from these categories to the master list without problem.
When I click on show all bookmarks that I get none. He goes to this screen but shows no Favorites.
I would use these bookmarks on another computer, but also change in show all.

second problem, my norton toolbar does not load and has not since worm 36

When you click View all bookmarks to launch the dialog box library, normally, you see three categories listed on the right side. If you double-click in any of the categories, you will find actual bookmark listed there or empty each category?

To transfer bookmarks in Firefox on another computer, there are two different file formats. I suggest to create two in case one does not work:

Symantec is usually very quick with updates to date, but it might be a little early for 40 of Firefox (beta version). There is a release supporting 39 Firefox: https://community.norton.com/en/blogs.../firefox-39-support-norton-toolbar. Users report that you sometimes have to run LiveUpdate several times to get the last toolbar into Firefox.

If you had accidentally on the way to the beta and prefer to have the support of Norton toolbar in good time, you can install the retail version (39 Firefox) and it should work seamlessly with your existing settings.

It wouldn't hurt to do a backup first. You can find suggestions in this article: back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox.

    Then do the restore:

    Clean reinstall it

We use this name, but it isn't about deleting your settings, this is to ensure that the program, files are clean (not incompatible, corrupt or exotic code files). As described below, this process does not disrupt your existing settings. Don't uninstall NOT Firefox, that does not need.

    (1) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 39.0 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).

    (2) close Firefox (if applicable).

    (3) to rename the program folder, either:

    (Windows 64-bit folder names)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

    TO

    C:\Program Files (x86)\OldFirefox

    (Windows 32-bit folder names)

    C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

    TO

    C:\Program Files\OldFirefox

    (4) run the installer you downloaded in the #1. It should automatically connect to your existing settings.

You can get to the Options page?

Note: Some plugins can only exist in this OldFirefox file. If it is missing something essential, present in these files:

    • \OldFirefox\Plugins
    • \OldFirefox\browser\plugins

MSConfig is a utility that allows you to disable some programs and services to debug problems with your system.  What you see is what is planned to run at startup, not necessarily what is running.  This program is very convenient to turn off a piece of malware that has infected your system long enough to remove it.  Here is a description of the use of MSconfig:
