  You can use LDAP. Configure an LDAP authentication provider and have your customers to provide their credentials.

  It will not however a single code access scenario. They would have to enter their credentials again on the NAC agent.

  Support for 64 - bit is on its way and will be out in the new versions soon.

  I use 414e Desktop on Win7 64 Bit with Zire 72 (Palm OS v5.2.8) I think that the Office on your T5 CD should work ok if you install the driver Bit 64 Aceeca.  I've never used Desktop 6.2 so I can't comment on that.

If you want to upgrade to windows 8, I believe that you will find no difficulty in finding the drivers for the HP product support page. They provide generic drivers for above mentioned drivers missing.
