  Check the mute switch on the side of the iPhone. It is located just above the Volume buttons.

  Also try settings > sounds > < RINGER AND ALERTS > > move the slider to the MAX > change with buttons > Toggle Off

  This will prevent you from changing the ring volume when you use other applications. (for example YouTube, Safari)

  Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system, it has built in support troubleshooting wireless.

  Here is a document on airplane mode.

  Airplane mode is on, you cannot use your WiFi or Ethernet so airplane mode should be turned off during troubleshooting wireless.
