Why aren't my e-Bills to open more

I can open is no longer statements and electronic invoices.   I connect to the view, bring up my account, but when I try to print or view the invoice or statement, it does not open and I do not get an error.    I recently downloaded Adobe Reader Digital and some other updates.   I use windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9.    Thanks for any help you can give me.

Internet Options | Advanced tab | The Security section

Uncheck the "do not save encrypted on disk pages."
