  If you are trying to oepn the file, then you can try to copy the file to the desktop and check if it helps.

  wlmail.fol is a tiny text giving the name of the folder. The exported messages will have filenames like 00D13E83 - 000025DF.eml. If you don't see all of the files like this, your export probably did not work properly.

  For a successful export, follow these directions:

  1. Set Windows Live Mail to work offline before starting.
  2. Create a temporary folder on your desktop * to contain the exported messages.
  3. In the Export Wizard, select the temporary folder, and then select all the folders.* *
  4. When it is complete, check that the number of files in each folder to the temporary folder is one more than the number of messages in the corresponding folder of WLMail.
  5. Copy the temporary file to its final destination.
     If you use a reader not NTFS to do this, you will see a warning that certain file properties will not be copied files. This can be ignored.

  * Windows Live Mail do not work with files that are not on a local drive, as opposed to an external or network drive. This is avoided by using the office as a temporary folder location. 
  * If you want to export the files sampled only, select each of them containing messages. Subfolders are not automatically selected by default.

  Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.

  I have not changed preferences. I use E - M1 v3.0, DNG Converter v8.3.0.141 on a Mac. I deleted the converter DNG several times, even reinstalled an earlier version, but nothing does not change.

  However, CS4 will open the converted DNG files from Pentax raw. PEF files of my K-5. Weird. This is the Olympus raw DNG conversions that will not open.

  I can view the DNG files converted into question in the preview of the Mac just fine, but CS4. Any ideas will be appreciated.

  Create a file association.

  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: Adobe Reader.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

  Using Firefox, I go to a web page, and on it, there is a button to click for a contest entry. By clicking on the button should open a form (not a new web page) to fill. Nothing happens.   I still have this problem and now it's starting to affect the functionality of browsers and ease of use. When Firefox is my default browser, any link outside of Firefox (as in my e-mail address) will not be open that becomes a nuisance. I am running Windows 7, which can be the cause of the problem through a setting but I can't find the needle in a haystack, or it may occur to an update of Firefox. Firefox is my favorite and only since Netscape 1.0 browser, but if I can't solve this problem I'll have to switch to another which I really don't want to do. Help!
