  Everything I've read and everything what you wrote, I came to the conclusion that you have decided to get MotionJPEG.mov with your Panasonic DMC - ZS3. You are determined to stay with this shooting mode? If so, the first choice is to explore a "drivers and utilities" that is supposed to come with this camera.

  Best choice (for the quality and the best Premiere Elements handling) would be for you to shoot AVCHD Lite for your 1280 x 720 @ 30 progressive frames per second rather than MotionJPEG.mov. Your camera will appear to give you a choice in this regard.

  I don't know if the Morgan MotionJPEG codec would work under 64-bit Windows 8. I have not been there and done that. It works very well for Window 7 64-bit. We could talk about conversion, but, if it came to that, I'd rather see change you your MotionJPEG.mov to AVCHD Lite shooting mode (I'm not sure of the file for the AVCHD Lite extension. Do you know what it is or can you find?)

  First, go to file > export > Media (make sure that the sequence window is highlighted first)

  In Format, you will see "Preset" and offers a lot of options in the Format of your choice. So if you choose the H.264 format, then the presets will include plenty of choice for iPad, iPod, Blu - ray, YouTube, etc. in different sizes of chassis and frame rates to meet most any need.

  Below, you will see the name of the file, which is usually the name of the sequence, then it can just say "sequence_1.avi" or something else. Click to open the export dialog box where you can choose the destination folder and also use a unique file name.

  So, it is up to you to decide what output file you need for your application, choose an appropriate, predefined format and file name and location before hitting exports. And Yes, most of what you can export will be still editable in first, as first is very flexible about what file formats, it can work with.

• Why can't I export photos in my collections folder PScc even if there is no '?' showing the files are missing?

  I'm new to LR. I fell 165 photos in a collection, developed a bunch of them in LR and now wish to export some PS 2015cc but when I try to do a right click to open in PS it is grayed out in unauthorized function. There is no '?' to indicate that the files are missing. I find the original files on my hard drive and they are still there.  I have no problem to export to browser images or other files in the Collections. I noted that these 165 photos is not found in LR in navigation in their original as the disk file hard (do not know if this is normal once pictures is added to a collection). I tried to synchronize the file on the hard disk in the browser, but it shows no pictures to move. I don't remember how I put the first photos in this collection originally but now wonder if I've set up wrong in the first place, but I can't spend a some of them out of this collection file without this poop place "all selected files are missing. No file cannot be moved. I have watched many videos and read lots and lots of tutorials and nothing has solved this dilemma. I can't solve this problem on mine, any help would be appreciated!

  In the LR library, go to the files Panel and find the right folder with thumbnails. Then right-click (Ctrl-click) on the name of the folder and choose "Update folder location"

  Navigate to the folder on your hard drive or external hard drive, and then choose the folder where the pictures are stored.

  LR should automatically update the links to the catalog.

• Why can't I click on video to move/resize more?

  I'm new to Pr and am currently testing it on the CS6 trial period.

  I already did a sequence where I loaded in 4 videos, then simply clicked on them in the workspace to move/resize in each corner of the screen. It's simple, like the moving/resizing of images in Word or PowerPoint.

  Now on my second sequence, I loaded again in 4 videos, but it would not react the same way when I clicked on the video in the workspace (white box with dots in the corners/edges with scope in the Center), so I can't move or resize.

  I tried with a video and still no response.

  WHY HAS IT STOPPED WORKING, I NEED ONLY THIS FEATURE RELATIVELY SIMPLE TO WORK?

  When double only the top clip by clicking on the Monitro program is affected.

  If you want to resize a clip that is the subject of another clip on a lower rail you first click the element in the timeline

  go for the effect options, and then click the transform icon or the word Motion.

  Now you can resize this clip.

  See if this will help.

• Why can I not get a video downloader? They disappear and or not displayed after selecting them in the area add to the page?

  To export copies of your images that include any adjustments in Lightroom, you must use the export option that is on the menu. In the library module, there is an export button in the lower left corner of the screen of the interface. When you choose to EXPORT the export poster dialog box and allows you to set the number of options so that your exported images include all the features and settings that you want. You cannot use a function "save under" in Lightroom to save copies of your exported images or edited. You must use the export function.

  Also... you have dragged all the way to your timeline? This lined-out circle remains visible UNTIL you get to your timeline and near a place, it could be used... then goes.

  Export of Premiere Pro is an order of menu only multi-track.  If you send a clip to the hearing, then just save and return to the first update in the timeline of the sequence.

  When you send one or the clips at the hearing, first performs a rendering operation and replace it, generating a new clip and place it on the timeline.  Hearing opens the file for editing, so that first it leaves open for reading.  When you switch to the first, it checks if the clips have been changed and updated the waveform.  There is no need of what whether export returns with this method because the files are already there!
