  I got a used Blackberry 8330 curve and can not create a new e-mail account.  This is the message I get:

  If I scroll down and press ok, it asks the PIN/EIN number, which I have input.  Received the same message.

  How can I clear it so I can add the email?  The main purpose to get the BB was to use it to access my work email...

  Thank you, thank you!  I used your links, called Verizon and cleaned it up!  I have now all accounts added (including my work) that I wanted, and we have updated my software as well.  Everything works as it should. (I no longer do not get the 'other guys' messages as well!).

• Why can't I get the First Citizens Bank account without waiting several minutes between screens?

  I have an account with First Citizens Bank. Online banking is a nightmare. It takes minutes between screens! My iPhone works in seconds. When I call the Bank they say they have the latest security technology and my Apple is probably not being updated, but they don't tell me what to update on my IMAC.  I've updated to Yosemite and I checked for the latest Adobe Reader. No update is pending from anywhere. Can someone tell me what to check? I have NO problem with any other website, but really need to be able to use it. Thank you!!

• Why can I not see the image in my account until I saw it?

  When I go into my pictures folder and I click on the folder with images of a certain date, the pictures do not show up until you click on it.   Open your my pictures location, click on organize in the upper left corner, click on folder and search options, click the view tab and uncheck the top option, always display icons and never thumbnails, select apply and then search for and check the show the hidden folders, folders and readers and click on apply and save.

  There is another parameter to another location that you can change if the results above in no joy.

  Control Panel, look for and click on system,

  At the top left click on advanced system settings,

  On the performance section click the settings button.

  Search and select Show thumbnails and icons, apply and OK.

• Why can I not use $25 credit in my account from microsoft to buy game apps?

  I received a coupon for a $25 Best Buy when I bought my new HP laptop. After following the instructions, I was able to buy $25 and my microsoft account shows a balance of $25. When trying to purchase a game app from Microsoft store, I'm prompted to enter my credit card information and not give me the ability to use the $25 into my account. I tried to contact Microsoft customer support several times. I first learned that I was wrong site, even if there were a link to the game I tried to buy. (Which shows as a Microsoft product by the way.)

  Finally they gave me a number to call for technical support from Microsoft store. After scanning my machine to identify the problem, I had a sales pitch for their COMPUTER service. Needless to say that they cannot solve the many problems they found with the new laptop brand new, unless I have buy at least a plan for 1 year for $175. Seriously, I'm supposed to pay more than $100, so I can use my $25 store credit.

  Is can someone please tell me what I need to do to fix it so I can use this money in my Microsoft account to buy this game, I want to go to the Microsoft store?  Right now, I'm so disabled by the whole process which took up my evening together, I'm ready to write off the money and spend. I don't really need the applications of game in any case.

• Why can't I change the billing for my account information?

  About 3 weeks ago, I was delivered a new CC corporate number. I tried since then to find a way to be updated on the Web site. Whenever I try to load the billing information I get the message "there was an error on our side, please try again later." This has happened for weeks. I finally decided, if they won't fix, which I will call support.

  I reported the bug in support, no response.

  I called support and sitting waiting to update my CC. I was hung up when I should have been answered. This happened twice (I am persistent).

  I registered for a reminder. I got the recall and told me I had to go to another person. I got a transfer to hot because of this problem.

  This person told me that I had to talk to ANOTHER different team, and he would schedule a call back to me within 1 to 2 hours.

  It has been more than a week, maybe a week and a half since I was supposed to receive this reminder, and finally my ticket has been updated yesterday. they tried to reach me without success (Yes, good), what I want to do? So I left a note: call me at this number in the next 4 hours, and we can settle this. I guess that was my Pacific time support team, because they have called back 16 hours later (I am GMT, or incidentally, my company is based in the United States however). Fortunately I gave them my desk phone, because I would have been Livid (as much as I already am) if I had been awake at 03:00.

  I did the 30 day trial and was satisfied with the results, so I subscribed for 1 year.  Unfortunately, I did under a different e-mail address. All the pictures I downloaded previously are now on another account. How can I combine these?

  We can not combine accounts. It might be possible to remove one and then change the e-mail address of the other, I'll have to check on that.

  When you try to change one of my account information in my Adobe, all I get is the spinning wheel and all gray. I tried several computers. Change my security settings, cookies etc etc...

  I created a secondary account on Thunderbird. It has another name and e-mail address of my main account. It is set up to forward messages automatically to the primary, so I know it works, however, I am unable to access the secondary to be used to transmit image.

  I spent over 5 hours in computer shares with AVG. They said your server messed up my email account. I can access my email account, but the line that reads "delete, move, not spam, more' loads ever... so I can't delete the email or anything else. My email account is to verizon yahoo. I need access to my email for various reasons, one of them being pay several bills online and my email account is where to get confirmation that the payment has gone through! My email works through IE, however. I don't want to use IE to see my email... I use Firefox for everything and it would be a pain in the end to have to switch to IE to access my mail.   Create a new Firefox profile

  A new profile will be your plugins installed by system (for example, Flash) and extensions (e.g., security suite toolbars), but no themes, other extensions or other customizations. It should also have databases of completely fresh settings and cool a cache folder.

  Out of Firefox and start in profile to help Manager start > run:

  firefox.exe -P
  

  Do not delete anything here.

  Any time want to switch profiles, exit Firefox and return to this dialog box.

  Click on the button to create a profile, assign a name like TEST and skip the option to choose a different folder location. Then launch Firefox in the new profile that you have created.

  When you return to the Profile Manager, you might be tempted to use the button Delete a profile on TEST. It's a little too easy to accidentally delete your 'real' profile, so I recommend you to resist the temptation.
