Why cant' have options of background image animation on site with breakpoints?

Hello

If anyone can give me a hint, if I can get around the fact that, on the site with a few breakpoints, doesn't have the option of animation objects, background noise, etc.. ?

Effects of scrolling and Responsive Design just can not be combined in a single page of Muse , yet available.

It takes a lot of re - thinking on the concept of scrolling effects in Muse, but I bet that the team will come back with a solution.

In the meantime, it's a choice, but it can also be a mix within a website: use effects scroll in pages not fluid and/or create alternative arrangements the old way (separate office and plans mobile and put on the page) and fluid design of pages without scrolling effects. These pages can both live in a single Web site. And don't forget the good old pinning!

  • How to allow visitors to change the background image of my site?

    Hello.

I wanted that my visitors to be able to change the background image to another image. Already, I know how to do it with the colors but doesn't seem to work wih images. You are able to do this on Google, but can not seem to find it anywhere online. I just want it to change while the visitor is on the site. for example

    1 visitor - context changes to-myarea.jpg

    2 visitor - context changes to-my cat.jpg

    and so on...

This would not change the site forever, just at the point where the visitor is about it.

    Concerning

    Leon

Here are a few ways to do this:

    Option #1:

You'll need a JavaScript script and an array on the page background images.

An example of work below.  View source in the browser to see the code.

    http://ALT-Web.com/BG-img.html

    Option #2:

Create more than one style sheet with different colors and background - images of the body.

Create a selector of stylesheet like this with jQuery

  • How to make the background image for a site

    Hello.

First of all, thank you for reading this.

I intend using a gradient image as background on a new site of black on the sides gradiating to blue in the Middle I created in Photoshop. The site is designed for 1024 (955) and upward. How the background image would handle so that no matter what the resolution above 1024, the visitor sees the gradient correctly, which means that Blue will be always exactly in the center of the page and the image not horizontal mosaic? (I don't want to repeat from left to right when the resolution someone is really high)

I saw a couple of sites that use strong images that seem to stretch the background image according to the resolution, but were not able to understand the CSS code. In my case, I have a single image that has say 5 pixels high, how wide I need for the (reasonable) maximum resolution, and let repeat from top to bottom.

    Thank you.

    MFitz721

To do what you ask would require CSS3.  This is because that the CSS3 added support for multiple background images.  What you would do, is to set a gradient to the left and the other to the right with a background color that arise in a vacuum.    Basically use you the abbreviation of "substance" and separate the different environments with a comma ","  See this example ( http://www.css3.info/preview/multiple-backgrounds/ ).  I think it's possible the long way as well (for example: position of background, background image, etc.), but you would need to write the values and who is 1 and 2 in order when you do this.

  • Background image to be aligned with the top of the browser window.

I have a background image that I have centered, but I also want to flush to the top.

  • Discoloration of the background image on a site

    Hello

Not sure if this is technically a question of Dreamweaver, but...

I saw a site where they use an image for the background, but it melted smoothly upward after a few seconds. they use a University background, when the first load of the page.

Can someone point me in the direction on how to proceed?

    Thank you

    Hello

Without javascript or a such thing used on this site for the effect, it's a simple jpg file with the progressive download for the image file.

If you go into your program, image editing (e.g. Fireworks) and select 'export Assistant', the option will be in the "preview image" as "Progressive browser display", select this option, (and then export/save) and the file will be configured to display "progressively" as in the example you give.

  • The issue of licenses for images on Web sites with high traffic.

    Hello

I am new to Adobe Stock and interested to use it for projects that we are currently developing on an ongoing basis. Today we have signed up to CC too and you want to take advantage of 10 images per month with inclusive membership.

One of the sites we develop may have a large amount of traffic to it. We would like to clarify the term "broadcasting", which is indicated in the license?

    • Create more than 500,000 copies of the image in the digital printing documents, software, or in broadcasting at least 500,000 viewers.

The above apply to the views of the web page at all? Or is it limited to traditional broadcasting?

If the "broadcasting" includes page views...

N ' he likens to the 500,000 unique website visitors watching the page at the same time, or total unique visitors looking at the image over a certain period of time?

    OR

N ' it is equivalent to 500,000 pages views, which could be generated by a much smaller audience of unique site visitors?

I would appreciate it if this could be clarified.

    Thank you

The term diffusion refers to total unique web page views by visitors.

  • Why change the background image of the dashboard of data crash the app?

I'm changing the background image of my dashboard (on a third generation iPad).  Whenever I try to make the change, the data dashobard app breaks down just.  Even if I try to change to a color, the application crashes.  I can insert a picture without problem.  I guess it's just a bug or something but has anyone else seen this problem?

I was able to reproduce this crash with the following steps:

-Set up a background image of a page

-Copy the dashboard somehow. You can reproduce the dashboard, share by email, export and re - import OR clouds, etc.

    -Open the copy of dashboard

-From the copy, change the background image (for a solid color or another image)

If you set a background image of a page, close and reopen your dashboard and then try to change the background to something else, you will encounter this error.

Solution: If you have the original background image in your Camera Roll, you can fall as an image on the same page (Photo Palette, select in the library). Then you can remove this image and change the background also image.

If you do not have the original image, you may need to start with a new dashboard. (For each page on the old dashboard, you can tap the bottom, select all, copy / paste on another dashboard).

There is a similar problem with images removed, if you shared the dashboard and you work on a copy. In this case, the solution is to copy and paste the image before deleting. (Otherwise, you'll get a dialog error instead of an accident, but the image is not clear).

I deposited cars for these issues internally. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    MUSE STAFF!

I found a major bug that should be fixed:

    For the Tablet:

A button image or text-related State should be in the upper layer to meet the States.

If a composition menu is opening and covering the button when triggered - THE BUTTON WILL NOT RESPOND EVEN IF THE COMPOSITION IS CLOSED!

Only if the button is PLACED over the composition of the layer and becomes the OBJECT absolute TOP in the layer - THEN ONLY he will answer.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU GOT IT.

I tested it on a few projects and the bug is consistent.

Thanks to its fixation in the near future

  • Background image full screen

Note: Looking to make a complete a background image for Web site...

I tried my best to follow a step by step YouTube video (Background Image CSS3 - Dreawmeaver CS6 Tutorial - YouTube fullscreen) but it stops working at 03:40, because the CSS rule book does exactly the same thing. I have tried my best to understand how some words/phrases may have changed for hours but kept getting blocked for example has not been able to find a way 'to create a new css rule' by setting standards for the jpeg file to be used as the background pic.

So, if someone wants to check the video out and understand how the directories have changed in that the amendment of evolution "css rules" (especially of downloaded jpegs would be great and I want to thank is ' a ton.) Nothing against the narrator of the referenced video here... it's just that there have been updates and his video is a bit outdated, I guess.

Do you think that your BG image is sort of MASSIVE for use on the web?

    2, 025px × 1, 471px

Why use a massive image when a smaller will do the same thing?

If you want to support older browsers (and you should) add the vendor prefixes.

As I said in my first answer, that is the code.  I use shorthand CSS because it takes less space. I also add the default background color just in case users have images turned off or if the image fails to load correctly.  You can change the color of what you want.

  • Background image that does not print.

    Hello Board,

I need to catch up with a PDF form that we will use as a template to fill out slips.  The part of the form is easy to do, but it is possible to have a

background image that appear on the screen, but not print?  that is, we'll get forms pre-printed through the printer, but want the image

on the screen so the operator sees visually on the screen which slot they have tabulated above for information.  Ideally, the info in the slots of form will be

paper, but we don't want the image of the form to print.  Hope that makes sense - if so, any ideas?

  • How to end a background Image

OK, my site is HERE. Now, when I added the background image to give 3D effect, it makes the bottom go all the way to the browser rather than put an end to the DIV where the bits of text and just have the background color present. It is quite difficult for me to explain it, but you can see on the homepage, I want the image of background at the end where the line for the bottom of the DIV is. I looked for ways to do this, but I did not find anything either so I ask your help.

If anyone knows an easy way to keep the 3D effect without complete the rest of the browser of the image (color background just would be nice), please let me know, I would really appreciate it. In addition, if it is not possible, please post it here so I can give up hope.

If the div in question is what has the background image, then the image will be
end where the div ends. You have applied the background image for the body
Tag, however, and that's why he tiles all the way until the end of the body tag.
There is no way to make this background image knows that it should
stop the tiling at another time.

The solution would be to use an outer div tag that wraps your interior
content, but which has no assigned width so that it fills the browser
the width of the window. Apply the image background to this container and it give
Center alignment. That should do it.
