  Are you referring to three links in this block? They seem to work correctly? If this isn't what you want to say can you provide more details?

  

  On a side note: usually when users have a problem with the links not being is not active it is because there is an invisible element or overlapping on the page on the link.

  Try to activate the numeric keypad and check if it helps, here are the steps:

  1. open on-screen keyboard by clicking theStart button,all programs, Accessories, easy accessand then clickingOn-screen Keyboard.

  2. click onOptions, check thepad box and then clickOK.

  I also suggest you to start the computer using safe mode and check if it works properly, following the steps:

  1 restart your computer if it is running.
  2. tap on the F8 key after your initially on powers computer.
  3. Once you see the menu Advanced Boot Options, you can stop tapping.
  4. use the up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.
  5. select Safe Mode and press ENTER.
  6. you should see loading drivers and wait please.
  7. you should then be at the Welcome screen.
  8. connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.

  I have an image and I use the 'CC Bend It' after effects CC 2014. I animated and changed the elbow Start and End anchors and they work fine, but as I convert this image into vector shapes, the anchors start and end stopped turning and the rotation of the shape.

  How can I run with the whole shape as before?

  If you import illustrator files to AE and increase you you must enable continuous pixelation. There no reason secret to shape layers vector layers unless you use facilitators of capping layer as "Connect the tracks" or "Repeater". If you do not need to convert Illustrator layers into forms only animations that will be applied to the new shape layers are the properties of transformation of the base of anchor Point, Position, scale, Rotation and opacity.

  If you must convert your layers HAVE in shape layers and you want to apply distortion effects then you need to apply the effect to the shape layer after its creation. The effects will not come through...

  I don't know what kind of content you've created in Illustrator, but here are some guidelines.

  for some reason any it worked then after that upgrades the ID for anchors have been interpreted is no longer.
  After checking a different machine, I found that the links were broken there also - something I should have checked earlier

  I reinserted new "a href ="and 'a name =' and all is well again.
