'Set Office agent' If you look closely at the error, it will say something about the port officer at Qwest. This agent is like the update of the installer of Qwest.
Try this...
(a) click the Start button, in the start search box, type msconfig and press the Enter key
(b) click on the Startup tab and scroll down until you find Desktop Agent sandbox.
(c) clear the disable check box and click on OK.
Just delete the Qwest Installer through Control Panel and you should be good to go.

· How many user accounts that you use?
You may get this message if you are connected to the different user account and I forgot to close before moving on to another current account.
Also if you have fast user activated switch, because it sometimes causes this message.
Note: To turn on the fast user switching, you must also enable the option use the Welcome screen. This function cannot be used if your computer is a member of a domain. To turn on the fast user switching:
a. log in the computer as an administrator.
c. Click Start, click Control Panel and then click user accounts.
