  Yes, use the Adobe's DNG Converter to convert the owners of the raw files to DNG raw files. Then the LR4 will be able to read.

  Sorry, I don't see a mistake now. You set the variable finalTime anywhere. I think that you wanted to do something like this:

• Why not bridge won't allow me to work in camera raw more?

  Everything worked well and then bridge ceased to allowing me to open files and work in camera raw. Initial application of the bridge I get a message stating"is not active and must be run at least once to activate this function. "Photoshop launched a number of times and works very well.

I found that my old laptop is very slow during the processing of hundreds of images that I usually take on a weekly basis.  I bought a new faster laptop, but when I looked for the cd with the software of series and I couldn't find in the mess of Christmas.  I downloaded a trial version of lightroom and got, it works on my new laptop. Is there a way to access the serial number of my version already installed and insert it in the version of track to make it work for me?

  If you take the time to register to your original with Adobe installation (which most people do not), you can log in to your Adobe account and get the serial number. If you use a Windows computer and still have access to the old computer where Lightroom is installed, you can do the following:

  1. in the window folder options, make sure that you are able to see hidden folders.

  2. go to the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Lightroom folder.

  3. use Notepad to open the file, Lightroom 5.0 Registration.lrreg

  You will be able to retrieve your serial number of this file.

  I have recently updated from XP to Windows 7.

  I can't get my Nikon. NAVE (Camera Raw) files to open when I select "Open in Camera Raw". I can see the. NEF thumbnails, but nor Photoshop or Bridge opens the files in Raw, you know where you can set all these non-destructive killer.

  I got cs3 installed on an XP machine and my. NEF files worked perfectly in Raw.  Not the case in Windows 7. I tried to update Camera Raw 5.6, but would not install. Is there an earlier version of CR that I can get and use, or any other advice would be helpful.

  The latest version of Camera Raw in Photoshop CS3 is version 4.6. If you HAD been able to open your files the D60 NEF and now can not, then something has changed... did you do a fresh install of CS3 under Win 7? If yes you have installed version 4.0 (this only comes with the CS3 version). You will need to go to the Camera Raw updates for Windows and download an install version 4.6.

  The Parent to Camera Raw/bridge software is Photoshop because the camera raw plugin is installed on your system with Adobe Photoshop.

  Please open Photoshop and edit an image in camera raw by going into the filters and then open the bridge of file > Browse in Bridge and check if the option to edit your images in camera raw directly.

  Also make sure that your camera raw plugin is the latest version see: Installer of plug in Camera Raw

• Photoshop CS5 is open my jpg images in Camera Raw and me leaving no way to change them.

  I use cs5 with Sawgrass sublimation inks and selling on Amazon.  I use Photoshop to contact The Sawgrass driver to open my listings.  When I open a list in CS5 it opens the jpeg listing in Camera Raw and gives me no way out other than to shut down the computer.  Anyone know what may be causing this?

  I'm completely unable to update my 11 items to 9.0 or 9.1 camera raw.

  I have 11 items with 7.4 camera raw.  I need 9.0 or 9.1 in order to change the raw of my new Panasonic Lumix ZS50 fotos. Adobe Web sites say that the ZS50 is taken in charge less than 9.0.

  First of all, I went on the Plug-In/Camera Raw in Photoshop editor and saw that I didn't have the required version. Then I went to update and got a window that offered only one choice of raw updated: 7.4.  Nothing more than 7.4.

  So, I managed to find a download site Adobe CameraRaw 9.1 and DNGConverter 9.1.  I downloaded two of them and install them, and he said that they have been installed successfully.

  When I have opened 11 elements, these downloads are not recognized. Items still refuses to accept my raw files.

  I have tried everything and now I'm stuck. What can I do?

  Unfortunately, PES 11 is unable to use a plugin newer than 7.4 camera raw

  One solution is to use files to DNG adobe dng converter 8.8 or newer to convert the Panasonic Lumix ZS50 copies, which then PES 11 can open and looks that you have already installed the converter 9.1 dng.

  (very probably that you downloaded includes only the dng converter and not the actual camera raw plugin)

  What operating system do you use?

  On a mac, go to Applications and the Adobe DNG Converter.app should be toward the top of the list

  On windows, look on is the Start Menu > all programs for Adobe DNG Converter or in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe for Adobe DNG Converter

  Just installed cs4 and now I want to edit a few photos in bridge.  However, I can't open my NEF files because camera raw isn't even an option.  I tried the new raw camera Downloads Download, but nothing works.  Help! I just bought a mac in November and I am still to know things.  Is there a trick to open NEF files in bridge using the camera raw?

  The D3100 has not supported until the Camera Raw version 6.3, which only works with CS5.

  To use Camera Raw with your D3100, you have two choices:

  * Upgrade to CS5

  * Download Adobe DNG Converter (it's free) and convert your NAVE DNG files

  Of course, you can always some other software, like Nikon ViewNX (free), but your options are limited, and Nikon CaptureNX costs money.
