  Migration/transfer of Adobe applications does not work.  You must install using installation files.  Uninstall, and then use the CS cleanup tool.  Then download/install the desktop application, connect and install applications subscription.

  Disable the graphics processor of the Camera preferences and restart the application.

  • Mac OS: Choose Edition > Preferences > Camera Raw.
  • Windows: Choose Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw.

  I tried to install windows updates since the store won't let me update to 8.1 otherwise, but I've been miserably lacking 4 days in a row now. Commissioning Windows Update in Control Panel or the charm of parameters found 133 available updates and informs me that they will install automatically. If I then try to install progress remains at "downloading 0 KB", after a while updates are shown as installation. When the installation is completed I'm prompted to restart my pc. After the reboot if I'm greeted by the "Failure configuring Windows updates" screen for about an hour, then I'm able to reconnect to the desktop computer. My XPS 400 system crashed with an error hal.ddl.  Was able to copy my important data on a disk external usb.  Tried to re - install windows XP on the old disk and windows does not recognize the hard drives.  I have two drives a Maxtor 250 GB and a 160 GB Maxtor.  I am able to run the utilities on disks and they spend.  After many trys, I thought since I was my important data on the external usb drive, I would go buy a new HD and start all over again.  I bought a WD 500 GB drive and you guessed it, windows xp couldn't recognize the disc. I use Windows XP service pack 2.  I read that Dell had the F11 recovery tool and I ran with success.  However as I started to load some of my programs on the disk, it seemed super slow and I don't know that I have confidence in it.  What should I do to get Windows XP to recognize my drives on the installer?  FRUSTRATING!
