I ran all kind of convenience store and disabled antivirus and erased all updates previous system and tried again from the first. I still get this error. Even the microsoft team is not able to support me. They want to do a re installation of windows. Is there any solution to fixing without format and reinstall. ??

  I tried to remember the "StartSuService.Exe" error message
  the laptop for this file, but could not find. I found my own pc (office)

  As to not install updates - more correct option, except KB3161608. The most important - important is always recommended. :)

  Do KB3020369 and KB3161608 yesterday made the difference today.  Audit brought into the important updates (security those more Windows Defender and malware tool;) I disabled the "recommended updates" option) in a little less than five minutes. Throughout, all done. Don't bother with KB3125574, I will keep this one in mind for any future reference. The other two (made in that order) are a must.

  OK, I am trying to install the Chipset drivers using windows install. I go to the gigabyte website and download the drivers from the chipset support and downloads. I go in the config file and click on the chipset of windows file install. It gives me the error "this installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid installer package. "I made sure I got the download of the good mother Rev. and the right windows (x 64) option. IM at my wits end.   You may experience this problem if the installer has downloaded file is corrupted. Follow these methods and check if that helps:

  Method 1:

  I suggest to download the drivers to a different location on the computer and see if you can install it from there. I suggest you to install the driver Chipset in high Mode and check if it installs.

  The 1722 error message is a General Setup error message. You can unregister Windows Installer, and then reregister Windows Installer.

  Perform the procedure described here and check the results.

  Method 1:
  
  Step 1: Start the Windows Installer service.

  a. press the "Windows key + R", type "Services.msc" and press "Enter."

  b. double-click Windows Installer.
  c. set the start type for Windows Installer to manual.
  d. Click Start to start the service. Note the error message, if any.
  e. click OK.
  
  Step 2:

  You can unregister Windows Installer, and then reregister Windows Installer

  To do this, follow these steps:

  a. press the "Windows key + R.
  b. in the "Open" box type "msiexec /unreg" and then press ENTER.
  c. press the "Windows key + R" again once
  d. in the "Open" box type "msiexec/regserver" and then press ENTER.

  Method 2:

  You can browse the CD and find Setup.exe any Java.  If you find have you tried right-clicking on the actual Setup.exe and choosing the "Run As Administrator" option?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.

  It may be necessary to show both hidden and system files and also uncheck 'Hide known file types' in Control Panel / folder Options / view, navigate to the mentioned location and to see file extensions.

  Have you tried to copy installation programs from the CD to your hard drive and then, by running the installation of the system here?

  Have you tried to make the Java site of Java?
