Why do some images disappear in AS3?

There are 17 symbols has my project. Each symbol contains an image. It's displaying required 9 random images and mix. symbols are named: p1, p2, p3 and so on... The project works properly, but only one or two images disappears from the 9 random images!

I can't find the reason? Would you help me, please? Thanks in advance,

Acrobat 9.3, LiveCycle Designer 8.2, Win XP.
When I create a form in LS and use the 'Image' (not the image field) object function, insert the image and save the form. I have then open the document in Acrobat 9.3 and extend the functionality. The image remains in the document and seems perfectly fine.
However, when I reopen the document in LS (and get the standard message of deactivation of extended features), all of a sudden the picture is gone; Instead, I see is a gray "broken object" sign in its place. If I save the document while in this State, the image no longer appears in the document, and I have to re - insert the image again if I want to see it. I'm inserting standard JPEG files.
Is there some sort of setting that I need to change, or format of different image that I use, so that the image stays with the document? It is very annoying.

- The subject of the questions is "why do some of my edits in LR disappear?
  - could you please let us know what changes are you making?
- While pressing alt (windows) / option (mac) key open LR
- A small window will appear in which you can click on "always load the catalog on startup".
- You can get rid of most of the old catalogues, but before do you that they do not have something that you might need in the future.
- You can remove most of the backup catalogs and just keep a couple of them, the most recent.
Default location for a catalog is the images folder.

If the photo thumbs reappear... they can look washed out...
to clear this up... right click on a picture or a selected group
and choose... Properties, uncheck the 'hidden ' /.
Apply / OK.

I use Photoshop Elements 9 and a bug has started to happen - when I try to crop an image, and then click 'accept', the image disappears. I can not stop what's happening, so am more able to use the crop tool. Should I reinstall the product?

You probably have a few values entered into the fields of width, height and resolution.

Choose no Restriction in the picture Format menu to clear values:

One thing I see, it's the location of your images seems to be messed up somehow. For example - I can find "... / Images/images/events.jpg"but could not find"... / pictures/events_over.jpg. I even tried "... / Images/images/events_over.jpg", but the image is not there. Maybe if you ensure that all your images are in the right place that would work? Again - I'm not an expert, so if the problem is not the location of the image I'm probably over my head!

CS6 crop tool and the image disappears?

I am new to CS6. Sometimes when I use the the crop tool, the picture I want to crop disappears from the display. Can not see where to place the crop so I end up with a blank screen/window. When I click on another tool, a window pop up asking me if I want to harvest? To which I click on the button 'not fit' and my image reappears. As soon as I click on the crop tool once again, the image disappears again.
Why? What I am doing wrong? It happens not every time.

Which sounds like you have a problem with video card driver (like a lot of similar positions in the general forum of Photoshop).

Try to update your driver from the website of the manufacturer of the GPU video card.
