Why do we say that I have to add characters to the address when I try to send an email
whenever I try to send an email a pink line comes and tells me that I must add charaters at the address that I send email to because they're trying to protect me against spam. but they have not told me what I should add to the characters. I am at my wits end and really tired to turn on my computer and there is something new that I can't do... I tried to restore to the time before the last update, but it did not work. Anyone know why? It has nothing to do with me is wrong with MacAfee, but a different virus scanner provider?
Please, help me, because I don't know what to do. I've only had this computer since February of this year and this is my first. I really am a novice and I feel taken advantage of and I feel like I'm being strong armed. I'm at my wits end.

I have a workaround which is a little less boring that the patch "restart the PC": If you get the error where MYOB crashes when you try to send an e-mail, open Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del or right click on the start bar), then go to the "Processes" tab and close all instances of wlmail.exe using the button "complete the process".
It seems that this error occurs if you have Windows Live Mail opened when you try and send emails of MYOB. If you then close WLMail after that get the error the process seems to never close, so you have to close it manually. If you send all your emails with closed WLMail MYOB it seems to be OK.

Why a pdf file doesn't have a strange characters in the text?
I downloaded a PDF from a site of insurance about a year without problem. Using the same computer and browser (Safari) I just downloaded the latest version of this pdf file and the first page or 2 appear normal, but the number of pages after that is unreadable. Text characters are OK, but most look like they are in a foreign language font (maybe). The company sent me a copy of the file attached to an e-mail that they say is readable on their end, but it still has the same problems as before. I also tried to download it in Chrome and Firefox, but it makes no difference. Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you.
