  I have this weird error. I have the audio text to speech in my classes. I don't want the PlayBar of captivate. So I have buttons in the content to navigate forward. Each slide is hanging out and waiting for the user to click on the buttons navigate forward. My sound works for the first 2 slides text. Otherwise said, he plays as in the timeline and then stops. Waiting for the user to click on the button before you go to the next slide and the same routine. But after 2 blades, it will not stop.   Check the calendar for audio clips, increase the duration of the slide a little and make sure that there is a small space before and after the clip.

  I have a DVD I paid for and used a software to copy video clips (unprotected) to mpeg2 files. There are 4 of them. It was a DVD recorded in 2004 at a dance event. It is not a commercial version.

  XP: The 1st clip allows me to open it in Windows Media Player 11 and I can drag autour in various places to look at different times of the clip. The clip of 2nd, 3rd and 4th are locked and won't let me pick different times to watch. They will play through.

  In Vista: I can't the cursor around anywhere, then select any time to look into all parts of clips with THE 4 clips.

  I took the clips, put them on a USB stick, moved in both sense between each system. I tried two more than once.

  I used the software to rip the clips on XP and Vista. It's the same result. The fault seems to lie with XP.

  Perhaps some of this DVD had some kind of protection against copying for XP but not Vista (and other OS of potentially). Or it's the encoder?

  My account has been locked or something, I couldn't answer.

  It is therefore probably encriptación with Windows Media player. I can read files with RealPlayer on Windows XP and Vista in Windows Media Player.

  A CapsLock indicator should be part of installation Win7 OS normal and here's why.  I use a brand new Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 2000 s/n 0356100416937.  I can send you a photo or the retail sales receipt if you doubt this statement.  It is there no CapsLock indicator on the keyboard itself, probably to extend the life of the battery.  I also use an IOGEAR KVM switch to facilitate the transition between multiple computers.  Emule KVM switch a keyboard of 102 standard keys, so even if I load the last Ko-driver (MS Intellitype 8.2) the pilot reports Microsoft keyboard not detected.  Therefore, there is no way to determine when the CapsLock key is active.  If you have ever tried to enter a long password upper-lower case with the CapsLock key in the wrong state, so you can imagine my frustration with this keyboard.

  I use 6 Captivate and I have a problem with pieces of the next slide after the current one, display/bleeding on the current slide.

  This is visible when published.

  There is no transition on the slides.

  It is published in SCORM format, but the error also exists on the pdf file when it is published as.

  Disable the compression options in the preferences one by one and publish again until you see the results.  It is usually the advanced project Compression option that is responsible.

• How to restart the current slide in captivate?

  Hi all

  I have a slide in captivate 4 that contains several boxes that appear in the same place as the last when we click on an "ok" button (I use the chronology of fade in and out relevant legends). The customer asked when you get to the final, a watch reset button which will reload the current slide, so you could read it again, if you need (weird!).

  I'm sure the answer is obvious in the face but can't find a relevant action for the button. Could someone help please!

  Hi Chris,

  Try to resolve your problem:

  slide1 is the slide where - that you want a button that takes the departure of slide1.

  1 have a fake Blade (say D slide) just before the slide 1.

  2 have a button on slide 1 which would have 'Jum'a drag' action and would take the user to the D slide.

  3. ask to "go to the slide" action on the OnSlideEnter bone slide D and go to slide 1.

I was more then a bit surprised to find that the cover is the cover art for tracks I have in iTunes. I deleted some files and found out that the cover for iTunes still works. Windows Media Player is not just music cover art.

  So anyone know why Windows Media Player load cover art files on my system for iTunes titles? It loads the same cover for each track in an album don't ask me there are as many files in this folder.

All embedded work will be deleted so it must be replaced if wanted. For Windows users running a script named CreateFolderArt before and after the cleaning process tag should handle this.

  Note that some data, for example the sides and the counties of game, is only stored in the database internal iTunes and not surrounded by tags.

• Why don't the toolbars match my customization when I click on "Done" customization?

  • Set the order of 'Stop - Reload' or separate them otherwise (space or separator) for two separate buttons.
