  You have purchased a subscription? If so, there is no serial number. Just make sure that you are connected to Acrobat with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription.

  Portable Acrobat Pro on a new computer installation.  At the point of download get the message "Setup has detected that you already have a better version product installed. The installation program will end now. "Acrobat Pro is NOT already installed, in any version.  What is the problem?

  Thanks for the comments.  Drive and cleaning tool has not helped.  We found that the add-on PDF associated with FrameMaker was causing the issue.  Uninstalled FM and the add-on, and then was able to install Acrobat Pro without any problem.  Then reinstalled FM.  Weird, but it worked.

• Adobe Acrobat Pro - limit several lines in a TextBox to 3 lines AND limit the characters in each line.

  I use Acrobat Pro XI. Now, I would like to limit multiple lines of 3 lines. When there are more than 3 lines typed, scroll arrows then come up, which is fine. It is that extra lines are not printed. I know that I can increase the height of the text box, but I really don't want to do.

  Same story, horizontally, with a line width. If several texts are typed then these texts beyond the margin text box are not printable. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
