Why is flash only crashes when I download a picture to send in my outlook account

Flash seems to work fine with all other applications that I used. Before on my hotmail account, I would like to send emails with photos or videos and had no problem. It seems that since I had to upgrade Hotmail to Outlook that this problem has occurred. Regular text emails seem to work well.
I didn't even not flash had nothing to do with sending emails.
Thank you, Michael falls

Update to the 20.0 version to see if that solves the problem. Please also check if installed Silverlight because it will help with the help of Microsoft products.

Also check the updates plug-ins.

Please check if all your plugins are up to date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.

Once you are there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions.
If you see in the list of plugins that have a yellow button to update or a red button update now , please put to update these immediately.

To do this, click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps in the installation process.

  • Firefox crashes when during downloads, etc.

I recently had a new hard drive installed on my laptop and since then I had problems with Firefox crashing when the files are downloaded, when I try to change the download options in Options, when I have a lot of tabs open, etc. I scanned for malware with several different programs and I did a clean uninstall and reinstall of Firefox and the problem persists most (can download files sometimes now, but it hangs still at other times). I tried in Windows safe mode (before the reinstall) and the problem still occurred. Any suggestions?

If Windows object to save the changes because of permissions, try this way:

    (1) in a window of my computer or Windows Explorer, open this folder:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

If this folder does not exist, then you are using 32-bit Windows, and you can open the following folder instead:

    C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash

(Note: this folder exists on Windows 32-bit and 64-bit, but on 64-bit Windows Firefox use the Flash player in the place SysWOW64 folder.)

    (2) check a file named mms.cfg:

    (A) If mms.cfg exists, drag it in your Documents folder , where you can change it without being bothered on administrator privileges

    (B) If there is no such thing as mms.cfg open your Documents folder, right click > new > text file and the name of the new file mms.cfg

    (3) mms.cfg Documents opened in a text editor such as Notepad. Add this on its own line (I have the latter):

    ProtectedMode=0

Save the file and close Notepad.

    (4) press and hold the Ctrl and the mms.cfg file reglisser to the Flash folder to make a copy, keep the original documents

This change should take effect the next time you restart Firefox (allow a few minutes for all the Flash of the processes in memory to terminate right out of Firefox).

  • Flash CS4 crashes when you publish SWF big who previously worked very well

    Hi all

It drives me crazy, I tried to look in the FAQ from Adobe and other places within this site but can't find a good solution to this, in fact I found people asking the same question. The fact is Im do a game that after publication is 7Mo SWF, it was working great and in fact I did no critical change here, only put to update a text field with typo (without code), then when I tried to publish it crashed (other great games I did make Flash crash too) and blocks even by hitting CTRL + ENTER or just by selecting file > > publish or file > > settings publication > > publish, I reinstalled all CS4 6 or 7 times and even had a tool from here to uninstall the player (I thought that it uninstalled the drive used IDE but its apparently the browser plugin) asuming the question might be there, but still crashes after I re - install, curiously small FLA files may seem, I looked into CS5 FAQ and saw that they can set the size of the cache there but I can't not find in CS4, and Im so uncertain, it's because of this but just my guess after all I've read about this, could someone help me please? Thank you very much in advance, I'm fighting this for 4 days almost without sleep

  • Flash player crashes when you access my webcam

    Hello

I use about 20 pills of HP Elitepad 900 different G1 (all the 32 bit OSes). On each of them, at the signing in MegaMeeting and in being invited to access the webcam, IE not responding. When I try the same thing in Firefox, it shows that Flash Player has encountered an error and it to reload the page, and then quickly encounter the same error.

I have confirmed that I have the flash player more up-to-date, tried to uninstall and reinstall, update my drivers and confirmed on another site based on (Chatroulette) than the error occrus Flash, as well as confirmed that enforcement camera (Windows 8.0) and Skype both work fine with the web cam.

At this point, I'm at a loss because apart from that, there is no problem using flash for the meeting, just that they cannot participate with voice and video, and is the point of the meetings.

Posted below are the DXDIAG files as well as the version of flash that I installed, and I am looking for assistance in confirming what I can do to get this working.

    Thank you all very much!

Finally found the problem, but unfortunately I do not know if this will help in your case, since you are using a 3rd party software.  However, you can contact the developer with this information and I hope that they can send you a patch.

The default size of the object Camera in Flash is 160 x 120, but this resolution appears to be too low for the Intel driver.  In addition, if the Width property is less than the Height (portrait mode) property, it also seems to cause the crash.

In our application, we have just resized the object camera at 640 x 400, and it solved our problem.

Before you call the object Camera, a simple line of code can be added:

    Camera.setMode(640x400,15,true);

and he solved the problem on the Dell coming 8 Pro and Acer W4.

I hope this helps solve your problem!

  • Flash Player crashes when JAWS is running

    Hello

I have a Flash site that constantly crashes IE when JAWS is running (it is very well otherwise).

This is a Guide of Livecycle MultiPage.  When you go to the second page, you get an error "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to be closed"

The add-on is Flash Player FlDbg10e.ocx

I've tested this with Flash Player 9 and 10 on IE 7 and 8, with JAWS 10 and 11 - IE always crashes.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Tim

Looks like a bug that will be fixed in Flash Player 10.1

  • Why Firefox for Android crash when I try to play any multimedia content or plugin?

I got this ASUS MEMO Pad unit for 6 months and Firefox for Android has never been able to play any media or plugin content without crashing. I tried to play with the appropriate flash installed plugin flash and without and it crashes every time (it should not crash even without the plugin - it should do).

Same HTML5 video and audio mp3 will cause an accident each time (with tap to play on or off).

There is already a bug filed for this and I don't know the exact cause of it, or what to offer as a solution.

Please do not comment in bugzilla reports until you have something constructive to add. Please read the label of bugzilla before commenting.

  • Why my HPavillion keep crashing when I try to print using my HP Officejet 6500 has more using the USB connection?

    Hello

    1. do you receive any error messages?

2 have you made any changes to the computer before the show?

    3. who is the operating system installed on the computer?

    4. is this problem limited only when connecting the printer via USB?

    5. what happens when you try to update the driver?

Run the Fixit and perform the steps mentioned in the article:
