Why is it impossible to contact adobe on my command code?
I subscribed to the offer on a creative cloud, I order code but no message from Adobe!
Impossible to find ways to communicate directly to adobe, I had to write here.
It is easier as I talk with nasa!
just to know if I can now use creation of clouds or not! so I can sleep better if I get the response from them!

Impossible to contact Adobe UK to arrange a return
I would like to ask for a referral to upgrade Lightroom 6 I ordered by mistake twice, once in April and again on June 13, 2015. I tried to contact Adobe by CAT on June 13 and and still today but could not do more, contact every day despite hanging for several hours. I tried to call United Kingdom support but I've been waiting for about 45 minutes. I see similar problems on the service to the customers throughout this Forum and elsewhere. Why can't fill a simple claim online or by e-mail? Can someone please help?
Thank you once more. I have now called there, and after almost from the initial menu is back in the loop getting me to the call of 1 hour more phone again! However, the last menu option took me to a very helpful receptionist who took my details and promised to intensify my query at a higher level. I hope that I would receive an answer by e-mail or telephone.
I'll post here when I am contacted. Such a pity that all of our time should be wasted due to such a system of customer service complex and rigid.

Impossible to contact Adobe re deactivation of licenses on stolen computers

I tried to find a way to contact Adobe support for more than an hour now, but just help system keeps taking me around in circles. My wife and I had 2 stolen laptops and we need to install Lightroom on our new machines. However, because we don't have access to the machines, we can disable the licenses. There is no link to the Adobe site to do, and whenever I find a link that says "Contact us with your serial number" it just brings back me at the beginning of the aid process.
Can someone tell me how I can get in contact with Adobe to ask them to disable all previous computers?

Why the hell is it impossible to contact Adobe?
OK, I'm sorry, but this is totally off the hook. I want to cancel my subscriptions creative cloud because it is not allowing me access my previous purchases of Photoshop and Lightroom, I bought entirely in a software shop. Why the hell am I supposed to pay on top of it, especially when I chose not too? My job is to me using photoshop, and since yesterday I am not js! It's not just your customers, and now I'm sure that I'll never use creative cloud again. Now I just need someone in your Department to get back in touch with me cause this is totally unacceptable!

As written in the subject, I have different problems with Adobe Creative Cloud, 6 Lightroom and access in support of service.
The only option to which I have access is this forum Although I really need of technicians adobe to solve all my problems of.
Can someone give me:-a 'link' to get the opportunity to 'chat' with service support (or sale) of ADOBE (one of them, but an ADOBE);
- or an e-mail address (preference in Belgium or France: problems can be better explained in their own language)

Impossible to uninstall Adobe Reader. Error code 1635. Help.
I can't view the Adobe Reader files. I have Windows XP home edition, Service Pack 3. I use i.e. 8 optimized for MSN and Bing. The error code is 1635. When I try to install the 9.3.1 update I refused permission, said that I have to prove the patch exists & I admit. When I try to remove the program through the control panel of configuration (Add/Remove Programs), same thing.
Help/support Adobe is just a vicious cycle that gets you no the case.

I went around and around the Adobe customer support site, and it only allows me to post a request in the support group.
I downloaded a dmg of CS3. I have my license loan number.
I try to install it, and I get the error message:
Setup error
Setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe customer service.
But I can't communicate with them. Adobe support is going in circles. Now what?
Maybe CS3 does not work on OSX Mavericks. It would help if they would just say.

Online support is useless. Very slow. Their solution is to support ring technique. Thereafter.

How to contact Adobe technical support outside of my working hours?
I'm trying to contact Adobe about a billing issue. Basically they'll more than the agreed amount and the current price on the UK for Adobe CC site. I had no warning of a rise in prices, and there is no explanation why.
Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to contact Adobe support in the United Kingdom today is by phone or live chat, between 09:00 and 17:00 (that is, while I'm at work). As the subscription of the CC has nothing to do with the work, it would be very difficult to expect from live chat (not sure about our firewall would allow anyway), or for the phone for a response (I can't make calls not working at my office), during working hours.
How do I just send them a message, or make contact outside working hours? If the answer is "you can't" then I'm sorry, but it is quite unreasonable and unacceptable service level

How in the hell cloud adobe not unsubscribe to this criminal enterprise, I've just been forced in an inner loop, there is not why it is possible to contact support customers to cancel. To make trouble by nature to do is criminal!, and you'll lose a hell of a lot of customer loyalty by being total stooges on this subject. Please is their some sort of link? This experience has really ticked me, I WILL USE YEAR ADOBE PRODUCT MORE EVER!
