Why is the iTunes client not working?

I recently posted on iOS 9.3 chess on iPhone 5 s and now have another problem to the report and ask questions on.

v 12.3.3.17 installed on Windows 7 PC iTunes launches and connects to my iPhone, but only when sync it starts immediately no longer works and I get the message to close the program.  After rerunning the installer and choosing the repair option, I can sync to my iPhone 1 time only and after that the message to close the program reappears.  I downloaded a new installation package, but the same problem persists.  This problem first occurred March 25, around the same time that the problem of the iOS 9.3.  It of probably a coincidence, but remains problematic.

General advice for troubleshooting when iTunes is unable to properly install (and reinstall or repair it does not) are to remove not only iTunes, but all the components, restart, remove the target installation files and reinstall.

    I recently bought a 2nd hand Toshiba Satellite x 200-219. Had some problems with it that I have overcome now, except one... The touchpad does not work as it should. I think that the cable has been damaged at some point.

    So I'm wondering if I should use the same ribbon cable to connect the keyboard to the motherboard or can I get one of a different model of PC Toshiba laptop?

    I tried searching on the net for advice but have resulted in nothing so thought I would try the forums.

    Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

    OK, this version works as expected.  I was able to find the reference 'this VI' to the title of the programming VIs and functions - functions and Application control screw - VI reference server.  (Not easy to find the help of LabVIEW.  I actually copied it from another VI.)

    It displays the message 'Now close [filename]' then put a Boolean True to stop the loop of the file.

    Thanks to those who pointed out I was making reference to an array of screws rather than a single VI.

    I think it is a very simple example that should be able to find by searching for ways to replace the narrow Windows file service.
