  Okay, so I thought about it and it's ugly and not intuitive.

  The REAL CAUSE of the ROOT of this error is that you CANNOT add a new kid in the Family Safety (FSS) Web site.

  But as a solution, you can add a new kid on the Section of the Windows Phone website My family.

  FIRST STEP remove account the offending child of family on the site of the FSS under the management of the list of the members of the family section. Once this has been completed, follow the workaround below.

  WORKAROUND

  1. Then from the sign of site Web of Windows Phone with your Microsoft Account (MSA) (parent).
  2. Hover over your name just below upper right of the search box and you will get a context box.
  3. In the context box, select My Family.

  Thank you very much for the work you've put into this.  I made the change you suggested making the subkeywords under 'schwartz' to be {name schwartz}.  I don't know who has contributed something, but I think that there are more immediate problem which is mucked up.  As well as the fact that I have several catalogs that I don't know how they were created, I think that the best thing would be to merge all the catalogs into one (it is better to have a single catalog, right?) and delete all the keywords from scratch.

  Possibly, you have made changes to your 'by default develop settings'. The default WB in Lightroom should be "under the shot" to view this selection has recently imported a file raw in the develop Module, click history in the left panel, click on the first import.   The file properties check the metadata associated with the file.  This error occurs generally when the file was created on an NTFS volume and some of the assosiated with this file metadata is not supported on a FAT32 volume. What you mean actually is not associated with file properties, so it would not be changed.

  Not turning off"use graphics processor" in the Performance preference and restarting Photoshop have a bearing on the issue.
