• Get the popup "continue the trial or software license.

  For these days, whenever I open a program, I get a popup asking me if I want to upgrade my software license or continue the trial (and count the days until my end of the trial). I was a Subscriber for a few years, so it's ridiculous. It's also happened once before in my first year as a Subscriber, but I don't remember how we solved the problem right there.

  Welcome to the Adobe Forum,

  You bought the CC in August 2012, which is active. The CC is disabled right now. You must close the session & reconnect the CC desktop application.

  Then launch any product, the pop-up will appear at the bottom, there will be an option for "software license", please click on this & sign in with your Adobe ID.

  It should work.

  You should definitely be able to convert PDF files to Word using Acrobat format. What happens when you choose file > save as other > Microsoft Word > Word Document?

• Why can I only access the trial version of InDesign CC

  I converted my purchased version of CS6 on a cloud account earlier this year and I just went to level to the CC of InDesign version, but it of only allowing me access to the trial version or ask me for a serial number, which does not seem to exist for the creative cloud.   If you work in Captivate trial, after that you can save the project (.cptx, .cptl or .cpvc), then you can open it to seduce any time, it will not be wasted (project Captivate never expires).

  But if you want something publsih (.swf or .mp4) with this project in Trial Version, then this published output will be expired after 30 days from the date of creation.

  You can open your project (.cptx, .cptl or .cpvc) created in the first instance, in the full version or the version of subscription thereafter and publish the project, while published project will last forever.

  Click the validate Windows on the left side of the page.  Return to the XP Mode/Virtual PC and it should allow you to validate now.  Worked for me anyway.
