  The report has indeed generated by Word and not the pritner driver.

  As you did not specify your version of MS Office, I have included the steps for Word 2010, I think that the same should also apply for Word 2007:

  1. From within Word, click on the file menu, and then select Options.
  2. Select the view in the left pane.
  3. The chapters of the Printing Options, uncheck the box next to print document properties.
  4. Click OK and try printing again.

  If you can't find the specific option, please specify your exact version of Microsoft Wiord.

  I tried the approach of Julieanne Kost preferences reset and it worked. However, I then had a big problem with Creative Cloud hang up on an update to Photoshop CC. After a lot of work and time with the online support chat this SPIN CC Cleaner, CC Uninstaller, selectively deleting folders in / library and ~ / library. then, by running CC installer again and finally reinstalling PS, LR and the extensions Manager. I am now able to run LR, PS and install extensions without any problem.

  Well, if your PC and IE8 is configured to use the Danish language, then I think that is why you have problems. The mediahub is already set to English, but when your PC accesses the mediahub thru IE8 that is configured to display the Danish language then IE8 will try translate the mediahub in Danish English display, try installing the new version of Firefox and firefox English display so that if you want to access the mediahub use firefox and if you are just browsing the internet then you are using IE8... or you could have it vice versa.
