Try to go to Safari/Preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Quit Safari, reopen and see if the site to load now. If so, enable the extensions one or two at a time until you find which extension is causing the problem.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO TURN NOTIFICATION FOR GAME WHO WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTER. ? I WANT SECURITY ON WHAT PROGRAM MAKES CHANGES TO MY COMPUTER, BUT NOT FOR GAMES.
If UAC enabled you to exempt some programs from its restrictions then this backdoor would immediately be exploited by viruses, malware and hackers. UAC is enabled or disabled.
P.S. You need to have a look at your CapsLock key. It seems to be stuck. Messages written in capital letters are difficult to read and is referred to as "scream" in the forums, for example LISTEN TO ME! -

Cloud creation wants to make changes
I have an annoying popup that tells me 'Creative cloud wants to make changes' and asks for my password CC. But when I enter the password it will not accept it. But if I press CANCEL, the popup returns in five seconds. I know that the password is correct, because I can connect in CC and also my adobe account.
I thought maybe it was a virus, but if so, it has infected my work and home Macs. The only way to get rid of this popup (which is above all) is to stop smoking creative cloud. I asked Adobe for help but they have shrugged.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Hi Gary,.
This screen is asking your computer password to make the necessary changes. It of the Mac mechanism to authenticate if you are the Admin user or not.
Please enter your Mac password to complete the changes.
Kind regards

Installation of items 11 Mac 10.8.2. Need help with Setup error: installation wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this. "After entering the Adobe password, nothing happens. Locked for more than installation. Any ideas? Phone support Adobe couldn't help.
Just prior to leaving changes (installation in this case) is done on the Mac OS application password & it must be the password for Mac system. This password is the native guest of the system clean & accept the password only. Please make sure that it's the right password (all/admin rights) and the game should work.
