Largest distribution kit after update (9.1 / 2009)

After the recent security update for the RTE for CVI 9.1.1 (aka 2009) my kit distribution came to ~ 12 MB ~ 26 MB. Analysis Library check the installer and I only have the Standard TEN.  The culprit is the inclusion of a number of DLLs mfc90_.

The jump in size can be avoided, or these files are now required?

Thank you

Ian

Hi Ian,

I had a similar problem, see here, it seems not to be possible to avoid increasing the size

  • Vista will not start after update 09/12/2009.

After you install the updates available for me on December 9, 2009, Windows Update wanted the computer to restart to complete the installation. I made and went on my merry way. A while later, I rebooted the computer, but the screen resolution was twisted, is no longer big screen, had compressed air and had a strange grid points, and after the progress bar Windows Vista, the screen remains black - the Welcome screen never showed up.

Kick system repair CD, found 'a fix will prevent' and system restore suggested. Subsequently, attempted to start Vista, but got the same result as before. Tried the CD to repair a few times more and always suggested the same thing, leading me to believe it was not actually the application of the system restore.

Vista is able to boot in safe mode and safe mode with networking and attempted a restoration of the system from there to just before the patch, the night before (a prior restore point updates 12/8) and a point 12/5. In all cases restarted to complete the restoration and then rebooted to see if it worked - never did. Whenever I went to the system restore, it doesn't seem like it had restored any point...

Attempted to launch Windows Update in safe mode, but nothing happened. Went to the windows update website to see if I could get the ActiveX update, but he comes to propose I have run Windows Update from my computer (nice), with no 'help' link or other way to declare that it did not work.

Went into Add/Remove programs to see if there was an installable patch listed, but it does not list something beyond mid-November.

    Help. =[

Run the System File Checker (the command is SFC/scannow) from the command prompt.  Also check that your system has all virus\malware.  Here is a link to a thread with some good information: get rid of malware

You can also run a disk error check as well.    Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

  • URGENT blackBerry Smartphones: phone does not start after update (21/05/2009)

As indicated in the title, my phone does not after that I updated last night. He mentioned that he will not be able to make any calls or anything for the next 2 hours, but after the time of 2 hours, it seems to fail during startup.

At first, I thought it was battery problem that the screen is not actually light up and so I charge my phone. So I just realized even during the loading, the bright red light (LED) Dungeon blinks from time to time. I look closely at the screen and you can vaguely see the logo of loading.

It is, he does not meet one of the buttons. None of them activate the backlight on the Dungeon of the flashing display vaguely similar to when I first pluged load.

I suspect that's not supported properly.

Please anyone can solve my problem as soon as possible, since one day it stopped working and already cause me trouble.

    Thank you very much

    Hello!

Sorry about that... I have no direct experience with your situation and therefore has no direct information to communicate. But I remember an article that I had heard about bringing a BB masoned to life. Check it out here:

I have no idea if data are useful or not... but maybe it's a start for you.

  • BIOS time date stamp is 1999 after update 09:30 trade released in 2001

The release of the bios date is 1999 after update 09:30 trade that is published in 30/07/2001.

Is this correct, did the job of updating the bios? If yes why it displays the old timestamp?

    Rick

    Hi slumpie

It's a very interesting question, but I really put t see any possibility to check it on the page of downloading if you n writing t which unit you have. In any case, it is possible that the date is not correct, but check the higher version number.

If you want to do the BIOS update for the use of the largest number of versions and I don t see any problems there. It will also be interesting to know why you want to update BIOS at all. Is there a serious problem with your unit?

  • Launch the program before the installation of the distribution kit

When you create a distribution kit, there is an option to launch an application

    After the installation.

I would like to launch an application BEFORE installation.

Is this possible with the installer?

Specifically, I would like to launch a program to save the configuration

files from the previous installation (which may have been modified

by the user) before allowing the installation of the new software to proceed.

    Thanks in advance,

    O. Marty

Unfortunately there is no mechanism to support this feature. A Variant that I would say is that instead to install your configuration files, you have your application create them if they are not detected. In this way, your installer doesn't have to include them and crushes them. The first time your application is run on a new machine, it detects that files are missing and create them with the default settings. Therefore, it will just read these files in. Your user name can change without fear of losing changes made to an upgrade.

  • Pavilion g6-2215sia: CARD without WIRE NOT DETECTED AFTER UPDATE BIOS

Recently I have updated my BIOS on my laptop HP Pavilion g6-2215sia think he'll adjust the hardware acceleration feature missing in my system (there is no option in my BIOS to enable virtualization technology). My BIOS version was F.12 and I've updated to F.24, but after update BIOS all my wireless functionality no longer works (including my wifi and bluetooth), and still there is no option to enable virtualization technology in my BIOS settings. On my Windows 8.1 x 64 Pro wifi and bluetooth options are grayed out so I can't turn them on or off. I tried to reinstall my bluetooth driver, but the software says that it doesn't detect any bluetooth hardware. Even when I restart and boot in all my Linux distributions installed on my system (Ubuntu, Quina and Kali Linux) and my x 86 Android, they still do not detect my wireless capability (says Ubuntu, "wifi is disabled by hardware switch").

To confirm that this was not a software problem, I has conducted an audit of start-up and tested for my wireless module and got this result, "without WIRE MODULE CHECK: NOT INSTALLED". The only way I can get my Windows operating system to recognize my wireless (wifi and bluetooth) is now by doing a hard reset, when I unplug my laptop from the power supply, remove the battery and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. When I turn on my system, then I can turn my wifi/bluetooth on my Windows. But if I restart my system the problem comes back and I can't turn on my wireless. So basically, I have to avoid questioning my system off and only Hibernate, so that whenever I turn on my laptop I can use the wireless. If I restart my system so I have to repeat the hard reset in order to use my wifi/bluetooth, which can be very annoying.

The problem is that I often use my other Linux disributions and I have to restart before starting in them so that my readers will be mounted read/write, and when I do my Linux can not detect my wireless and it's a serious pain for me because I need to use my wireless often for internet connection.

Please I really need help on how to fix this and get my wireless working normally without having to do a hard reset every time. I tried to restore my BIOS F.12 unfounded but I don't have the image file (I extensively searched the Internet to find, but does not). I've even updated again to F.26 but I still have the same problem (my current version of BIOS is F.26).

If you see no updates the BIOS in your list of drivers - where do you have the updates to the BIOS, you used?

Try here - if you do not see the list of the BIOS, use the "Edit" button to change Windows 8.1 to Windows 8:

  • Error code 61499 after update license (FPGA)

    Hello

I am a fairly experienced user of FPGA module.  I have LabVIEW 2009 installed (version 9.0.0) including the FPGA on XP 32-bit module.  Everything worked well and I had a project specific FPGA that had been built and run in the last month or so.

In the meantime, the license has expired, so I had to update the license.  After update of the license, I made a trivial change in VI (default values has changed some entries to the front) and tried to compile and run.

This has generated the error-61499, with additional information:

Error starting compile step: make sure that a compatible version of Xilinx tools is installed in the location specified in the Setup from LabVIEW.

I looked after error-61499 in LabVIEW FPGA and a few other positions.  I checked the path of compilation of LabVIEW FPGA registry keys and it seems fine (C:\NIFPGA2009\Xilinx\ISE).  This directory exists and is the right size (3.74 GB).  A temporary directory is created in C:\NIFPGA2009\srvrTmp\localhost.  I searched the pearl58.dll file but couldn't find it.

When I look at the license installed recently and the license has expired in the License Manager NOR, I see no difference between the two other than the expiration date.

Summary: I had a working facility and the project, updated the license file and now get error-61499.

    ???

With the help of an Application engineer, I tried two things.

First of all, I tried to 'fix' the FPGA Module through the "Add or remove programs" utility in Control Panel.  That had no effect.

Then, I downloaded and installed NOR-RIO 3.3.0 of the support zone, drivers and updates.  That solved the problem!

So, for someone who has a similar problem in the future, try to reinstall the driver OR RIO.

  • The manufacturer of Distribution Kit is the engine Variable OR in an old distribution you are looking for, can't find it and fails to build

I can't build a distribution kit, because the Builder seems to have saved a path to the NI Variable engine that is not valid.  I seem to have the Variable engine OR installed.   There is NEITHER Variable engine 2.5.0 fichiers.xml loaded on my computer (see the attachment for the list of loaded drivers).  I don't seem to be able to break the bond of the CVI at my recent installers for drivers.  I tried to create a new installer, but had the same problem.

    I'm running a 64 bit computer laptop with Windows 7, a 32-bit application, CVI generation 2010 running.

The default path is the path to any distribution installed OR engine Variable on your machine. For example, if it has been installed from a driver disc, the path would probably be D:\. However, since the images you posted, I see that you were being asked to provide the path to one of your previous ATAHM distributions. It has been home to this path:

    c:\Users\chill\Documents\Development\AATAS\ATAHM\distributions_ATAHM\ATAHM Oct 24 BitDefender 2011\

Do you still have this distribution? If you can point to this distribuiton, you should be good.

Now back to the error you saw... Your version of this manifest .NET file matches (except for the version number) review from the Base of knowledge, so you should try to replace it with Revision B (rename it to .xml NI .NET Framework 2.0 Language Pack x 86 Installer {F8ECD2D6-659C-49EB-8454-5F8F7B526FCF}). Make sure that you restart CVI after the file-swapping. I think that in order to solve your problem. If it isn't, you need to let me know what is the new number, or if you somehow still see the same error message.

  • When I scan for Windows Vista Service Pack update (published 4/2009) comes in,

I redid my computer a few months ago restore to factory settings and restore my files from a backup disk. Everything seemed to work properly.  A few weeks ago a full scan found a worm & some virus which I removed. Now, I have a problem with the updates. When I scan for Windows Vista Service Pack update (published 4/2009) arrives.  When I click to install it, it is saying it is correctly installed (in 30 seconds) and yet he continues to come when I'm scanning for updates.    Should I restore settings again?  After looking for info on the forums of windows, I did the System File Checker to check corrupt files.  Several corrupted files appear in the details of the SFC.  But their fixation is "over my head".   I glued the SFC details below. Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you

HI, why Siri not talk in Italian Luca voice after update to Sierra?

    Hello CA 22!

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple! We see it in your post that you are having problems using your iPhone 5 that has been upgraded to iOS 10 with your Mac running Mac OS X 10.6.8.

To use your iPhone 5 with iOS 10 with your Mac, you must first Download iTunes 12.5.1 which requires Mac OS X 10.9.5 Mavericks or later to install.

Please let us know if that answers your question.

    Sincere greetings.
