  Thank you for taking the time to look at my question. I managed to me after a little sorting (Finally, a little) tweaking autour. It seems that I unchecked the "always show the bar of tabs" under Options/tabs and made the section of bar any transparent address as the windows and buttons next to him white instead of black. Have not heard complaints from other users in the Office using version 29.
