Why my creative cloud keep saying download error contact customer?
When I downloaded my creative cloud, I run the program and wait, and then it opens, and when I click on the app section, it says download error! I need help; I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it told me the same thing.

Do not close the page, just keep it open.
Download Creative Suite 6 applications

Then click on the link below and download the installer directly mentioned in step 2.

I moved my user account from my laptop older on a new and now my creative section reports Cloud APPS download error contact Customer Support. I update the last creative cloud App.
First of all provide full permissions to the ~/library/Application Support.Adobe.
Mac has 2and ~/library libraries/library
Then rename the folders OOBE and AAMUpdater and check it out.

Why the creative cloud is not downloading trials of applications?
I'm a Subscriber but the app handler is only letting me download & install 30-day free trial? The application opens fine when installing, but I don't know if it's supposed to be this or not because it is a monthly subscription - this is how it has been implemented to work? -I can't find concrete information about how exactly apps are supposed to open once installed...
Can someone tell me if that's what should be the case - I'm registered and all when it happens and I can only install trial, no possibility to install full versions - or if it should be to let me download full versions?
[EDIT] - I went to my orders, and he said adobe are still processing my order for creative cloud (only bought a few hours ago) - would be - that's why Im only able to download trials and will, they'll automatically full versions once they have finalized my order?
Please, try the steps given:
Reset the hosts file:
Windows
- Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etcand press enter.
- Right-click on the hosts file, and then select Open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Mac OSLog in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.
In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
Type / etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
Save and close the file.

Why the creative cloud won't download?
Recently, I bought my cc. I'm going to download creative cloud and it loads to Midway as his will download but then it closes. What should I do to get it to download.
Try the steps below
Access
MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Remove Adobe Application Manager and OOBE
Access
Finder/Applications/Utilities.
Remove Adobe Application Manager
Run the CC cleaning tool
Remove Adobe Application Manager (do not choose the option clean all)
Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6
Download and install Adobe Application Manager
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager: for Macintosh: Adobe Application Manager: thank you
Once he installed, launch Adobe Application Manager it will update on creative cloud Office.
Check if it works.
