  Creative suite Adobe CS 5.5 is a former software and the operating system you are using is the most recent, so there may be compatibility issues that adobe has not tested these applications on newer operating systems.

     About the .Js I cannot find a User.JS in the profile folder but ther is a user.bk and other files that have.json. Should I do anything with these?

  I had the same problem and it took me almost 2 days to find a solution.

  See if that solves your problem (if all goes well it has been resolved since you posted).

  1. in the model Master, click on Page > Page Properties > metadata

  2. remove the small piece of code next to the body tag-{overflow-y: hidden}

  3. click on OK, then get an overview of your pages.

So I have archived the folio in the content viewer and the folio was no longer available for download. The folio appears in the Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard, so I don't know why it is not displayed in the content viewer. I use the latest version of Folio Builder and Content Viewer. Any ideas what could happen?

  It depends on the software you use to open the XPS file. Most have a rotation function. Normally located under 'change '.
  The common MS Viewer is like Notepad... very limited. I advise you to do a search on XPS viewers (most are free) and find one you like.
