Why my membership renewal is not recognized not?

I have a business account, and it is to be renewed. We have made all necessary admin changes, and even adobe cc still does not recognize my account so that I don't have any available product and when you go deep, I offer only free trials.

  1. Make sure you use the good Adobe ID - if added to the dashboard as Federated ID or company ID make sure that you choose the "Enterprise" option when connecting.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect to the software by selecting help > Sign Out
  3. Make sure that you are connected to the internet
  4. The opm.db file contains the login user cached information and delete this file is a useful troubleshooting step. Once deleted a fresh file will be automatically created when you start creative cloud and reconnect.
    • Close the creative cloud application.
    • Navigate to the OOBE folder.
      Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
      Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
    • Delete the file opm.db.
    • Launch the creative cloud.
