  I've recently updated to LR 6.1.1 (no adobe cloud, stand-alone) and have been initially successful in the camera raw file import (.) (ORF).   I've done independently was erase all the images in the SD card and shot some photos. And I have them imported successfully without doing anything else. File destination folder is c:mypictures / 2015. I do not understand why, but now it works now with my EM10. I'll try the gh2 now also after erasing all pictures (successfully!). I have no idea why, but it works now so far.

  You are right that this subquery should return other than past rowid thr. But you used the IN clause as well as below:

  where a.rowid in

  What States remove the line if rowid returned by the subquery contains the identifier for the row whose ID was passed. As the inner query is to return another rowid, therefore, no row is deleted.

  To remove duplicate lines, try the query (Replace tablename/columns with your) below:
