  Hi guys,.

  I'm writing a query of E4X to select the nodes that match a criterion, and whose children match to another. My actual dataset is a little more complex than this example, but this one is easy to follow.

  Say that you are modeling a hierarchy of nodes, where each node can have zero or more parents and children. The XML file is a simple index of nodes, and each node contains their immediate parent and child relationships. In this way, you can start with a given node and build a tree in a direction any to any depth. As an extra flavor and selection criteria, each node has one or more colors that are associated with.

  Here's a sample:

  Now, say I want to select all nodes root (those who have no parent relationships) that are red. This is the best I could come up with:

  var childID:String = nodeData.parent () .@id;

  }

  The first line gets us 90% of the way by selecting all of the nodes of color matching, but we have all these entries to get the id of the node that contains.

  It is possible to select the nodes in one of the E4X without needing the loop?

• After update, some of the clips that have been published have a diagonal stripe on them and they do not play

  Hello everyone,

  After that I have updated to CC to see if I can save export from time to time some of the clips of a diagonal band;

  I heavily edited clips.  Some parts of clips play and some do not. The clips that do not have the diagonal stripe on them.

  
  Is there a way to fix this, so I don't have to do it again.

  Don't know what I'm doing wrong.

  Somehow, when the first update, the original files became corrupt after the update. It seems that any place where there is an added effect has been corrupted. This horrible. Nearly three hours of footage has been erased. Have to re-register from scratch. Never again. Sign out of my account of cloud and buy Final Cut.

• Why have I not the boxes to select the files that I want to delete?

  In order to delete my files, I have to first select the one I want. But there is no box for me to choose. Why is this?

  Are you referring to the files in your Acrobat.com account? There should certainly be checkboxes to the left of the file names. So, let's try this. Please log out of your account, and then clear the cache of the browser. Log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files with your username and password. Are the boxes there now? If this isn't the case, please try another browser.

  Press the Ctrl + Shift key.

  I don't know how it will help your workflow, but you can set the focus to the Panel by keyboard shortcut. The timeline by default shortcut is Shift + 3. (Note that if you have several chronologies open, press SHIFT + 3 cycles repeatedly through them).

  The answer depends on where you try to write files. Do you want to write in the original files or exported files?

  If you want to select specific EXIF metadata elements to write in the files that you export, you can do that by using only Lightroom, but you can do this by adding a Lightroom plug-in. I use the Metadata Wrangler by Jeffrey Friedl. It gives you a lot of control accurate on what is written, and that includes the camera data.

  If you want to rewrite the EXIF metadata in the original files, especially the original raw files, is not possible to use Lightroom to do.

  Synchronization metadata will not help because it changes IPTC and other metadata, but not EXIF.

  You can do it in one pass through the table with GROUP BY and HAVING:

  Try to keep the columns indexed by themselves in comparisons; in this way, you can use indexes.
  For example, if there is an index on load_date, then the above query could use, as load_date is only on one side of the > = or<>

  Fixed GROUP BY clause

• Simply export the clip that I'm on in the sequence

  Let's just make a change to an item in the sequence (an effect or other) and I want to limit my export just in this area.  When I say "clip" is not a clip I have in my project window - this is a clip that I've created breaks in the sequence.  So, of course, terribly I do scroll horizontally in both directions until I have have set the bar of workspace for the beginning and the end of my video but I really want to do is to be able to find a quick shortcut that would do exactly that - so as I can simply export this clip.  I think that this should be a common thing and so incredibly simple to do in the body but, uh... No. And of course I'm not finding a way to limit the export of just the clip in the Media Encoder...

  I can right-click on the workspace toolbar and the Clip of Mark but made a clip marked for me?  I'm sure that you see is not a way to export from there.  All I get is a selected area (shaded) on the indications of time above and by clicking right there not has even made a right click menu I get out on the workspace toolbar.

  Frankly, the weaknesses of the ease of use like this is what slowed body in the past (IMO) and the great features are nice, but Apple has always had a better intuition to make their software for use.  in any case, did not yell.

  So, am I missing a quick way to do this export?  Thank you.

  Yes, you can copy/paste many clips at the same time, but you still add that the effects of each individual item.  This isn't like a layer of setting in After Effects, with an effect instance.  If you change any instance of this effect on a clip, you then need to change for all others.

  Now that I understand the goal here, the best way to go about it might be to copy/paste the clips in question to a new sequence.  (Or nest the original in a new sequence and trim to include only the desired clips).  This limits your export to the desired range and using the second method, in fact allows a single instance of the effect.

• How do the clips that were alleviated, absolute timecode?

  I cut a few dozens of clips and I now need to be able to see exactly where I did my stripes.  In other words, to clip 1, I could put one IN at 00:15 and EXIT at 00:42.  I can't understand how I can retrieve this information to all the clips.  If I open the dialogue of property for a particular item, he told me just start/end times this particular clip where in the video stream as a whole.  Not at all what I need.  I need the IN/OUT compared to the particular item.
