  Why your example entry of default control rate 25 k while the indicator "real sampling rate" is set by default to 2 k 5? It doesn't fit well together, it seems that you missed the values for the elements at different times... (why failing to indicators at all?)

• Not enough (RAM) memory free to start treatment for Outlook services

  When I run Outlook 2007 SP2 and after getting my new one e-mail a notice appears of the outlook on the outlook bar icon to say tasks cannot start treatment services because there is not enough free memory to run this program (and it I do not see my new email). I added 2 GB of RAM and now have 6 GB in my Dell XPS 420 desktop computer. It has no effect on the error message. I'm running the 32-bit version of Windows Vista Ultimate SP2. In the physical memory in task manager, I show about 3100 MB in total, 1500 cache and 0 free. Don't know why the total would not be about 6 GB which is what is installed. What can I do to manage the memory or any other suggestions for the prospects for a return to normal?

  It turns out that the problem was with Outlook and not related to the memery computer. It was solved by going to features, programs and Control Panel, and then repair Microsoft office system 2007.  Thank you for all your help.

  32-bit Edition of Windows Vista has a limit of 4 GB memory. If you have installed more than 4 GB, Vista will not read the extra memory.

  A .psd, 100 MB, 15 layers, no text file. Tried to drag a .png transparent 2500px in image and "could not classify the document [...]. PNG because there is not enough memory (long live RAM). "Could not open still the png above separately.

  Photoshop has been recently updated (28.05.2013).

  Had errors similar yesterday when I couldn't use the backup for Web (memory) option or the brushes superior to 1000px. Restart Photoshop, restarted the PC, nothing.

  Yes, you should support the 64-bit version, despite the fact that I understand why you have problems of RAM more with this version...

  You don't need to make a much more room on the C: drive, or use another that has more free space.

  Memory PLANT of Photoshop is its file of zero, the CACHE is in RAM.

  When the RAM fills (and the version 64-bit Photoshop can use way more than the 3GBs which can the 32-bit version), windows creates a larger file on hard disk and is competing for the bathroom, where the out of memory message.

  The 100 MB is on the Photoshop InfoBar at the bottom of the window image or disc? Don't forget that even the PSD files are compressed on the disk and occupy a room much more when open.

  Your display drivers are a years old, is a newer version available?

  I am TIFF of Maya files which are 11880 x 3400 pixel.  The ranges of between 100-160 MB file size.  Whenever I try to open one of these images in Photoshop, I get this error: "Could not complete the command open because there is not enough RAM."

  I just ran Adobe Update and I have all the updates.

  I deleted my Photoshop preferences and restarted Photoshop.

  I have my drive from Scratch on an internal SSD drive to 30 GB of free space.

  I have 3000 MB of RAM to Photoshop.

  Despite all this, I always get the error "Could not complete the command open because there is not enough RAM" every time that I try to open the pictures made out of Maya.

  The images of Maya are normal TIFF 8-bit with alpha channel, or a channel depth.  I can open them with success in After Effects, but this is useless for me.  I need to edit them individually in Photoshop.

  Photoshop error is clearly not due to the size of the file.  I HDR panoramas with superior to 11880 x 3400 dimensions ranging up to 1 GB in size of the file that I can open and work on in Photoshop without any problem.

  I received another complaint about it and looked at a sample file.    Maya apparently written the TIFF file as a large compressed tile (against the suggestions of the TIFF specification.).    If this tile is greater think Photoshop so that he may reasonably, safely allocate a buffer, it will get an out of memory error.

  The big problem is: there is no update "reasonable buffer" size for 64-bit.

  I am testing a fix for this now.

  But there's always bigger that Photoshop can read and Maya tiles needs to fix their code TIFF for use strips or tiles to avoid excessive buffer sizes.

  Hello. I have windows xp, a very old hand e-machines computer and only 368 MB of RAM and a processor intel of 3.33 GHz. Even on this very old version of firefox, I get a lot of error messages and crashes. I had a newer version but had to come back to this one, because there are too many bugs!

  Now I get messages that my version (3.6.8)will soon be unsupported and have no security. I am very poor;  I have no money to buy a new computer with all the latest bells and whistles just so that firefox will work: 1 gig of ram is Not gonna happen on THIS computer. SO... what do you suggest we poor folks do?
  

  I liked firefox for years, but it seems to take place in the direction of Microsoft went: bulky, heavy programs, tons of software needed alongside more memory, tons of things, we don't want TO not but should have anyway.   Do a cleaning (re) install and delete the folder of the program Firefox (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).

  Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

  I m not very well, but maybe you have more than 3 GB of RAM and Vista 32 bit.
  Usually the 32 bit OS is capable to manage and send only 3.2 GB.
  The more than 3.2 GB RAM will not operating system used and therefore would not increase the index
  In addition the laptop will be not really faster after upgrading RAM. You will notice better performance using applications at the same time, but this does not affect the index of Vista.
  But this is only my personal hypothesis.

  Just FYI, running sfc/scannow won't help, but it will waste your time and you will not be able to determine which file is causing the problem because...

  When sfc/scannow runs successfully, you will see a start and complete message in the Event Viewer log system.

  I have a lot of RAM and running the system checks and can not find where something is to use a RAM enough to cause this message.  I saved 600 DPI images and documents without any problems so far. Backup on computer for a wireless HP 3630 scanner.

  Your tasks sound Manager certainly not the computer is out of memory, it's 12%. Since Vista, HP tends to have a software extremely bug when it comes to scanning and printing. My old HP printer all-in-one remained in the closet a few years unused. I think this is the main reason they lost many users to the likes of Epson and Canon. My favorite is Epson, my Epson V33 flatbed scanner works extremely well.
