  Usually your home screen will tell you the names of users, if you get a welcome screen, press CTRL ALT DEL, try twice on the Welcome screen, it will give you the classic line. Try to login as admin without password and see if you are able to connect.

  If you are already on classic screen, type the user name as administrator with the password empty and see if it works.

  Once loggedin as an administrator, you can navigate to the user and passwords (click on start-> settings-> Control Panel-> users and passwords) to check your real username.

  To 'Cancel' the initial date of follow-up "Update", PUI, navigate to the due date which is just before the start of the new name (in your case, go to October 6, 2010).

  Click on delete. Date-track options you have, click next to delete the following change.

  Then save.

  Now, the updated follow-up date should be updated and you can change the name again via Self-Service from an earlier date.

  SSHRC does not allow tracked changes date other than the normal mode of update.

  A little more information.
  This instance was recently moved here. It was originally an instance of 10G, and a data pump export was carried out of the old machine. The 11G instance has been created, and the export of complete datapump, was imported to the new server. It was essentially an upgrade of 10G and 11G during the move.
  
  No known problems to access the scheme in question. All this came, however, with someone trying to run a script... and the password they had would not work. I tried the password I had on this schema in the file... it just wouldn't. I was going to do the trick dba_users to change passwords around to try things, and then all this happened.

  I built a site CF6/7 founded about 5 years ago and I am trying to move to the current versions of MSSQL (2008R2 Express) and CF9.  I think that the DB SQL is very well, I installed the site on the local server and receive the following error message when you try to view a page that access the DB.

  I exported data from the live DB Server DB in my local SQL 2008 Express and tables now have names like "xx.client_info" is correct to assume that there is a new naming convention so that you can easily access multiple DBs access tables?  I simply rename the tables to exclude the "xx." at the beginning?  Or he would advise to export data to SQL 2000 and then save/restore the DB SQL 2008 Express?

  It is not associated with CF, it is one thing to SQLServer. In SQL 2008, they introduced the concept of schemas, which I think is what you see here. Instead of dbo.tablename, you now schema.tablename.

  I don't know the details to be honest, but that's what you have to look.

  Csrss.exe, this is the part of the user mode of the subsystem Win32 (Win32.sys being the kernel-mode portion). CSRSS means client/server run-time Subsystem and is an essential subsystem that must run continuously. CSRSS is responsible for console windows, creating or deleting threads, and some parts of the 16-bit virtual MS-DOS environment.

  Winlogon.exe is the part of Windows Login subsystem. This process is responsible for managing the security key sequence (by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete before you see the logon box), loading of user profiles, the locking system when a screensaver is running and check the activation key for the operating system.

  I suggest you to run the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if there is no virus.

  We recently opted for IBM Thinkpad T410 at work running XP with all the latest updates/patches.  Most of us have problems mapping network drives to another domain.  When you restart, you are prompted to enter your password again to explore the mapped drive.  Passwords are not saved even if you have checked the reconnection to the connection option when you drive mapped (and added the specific domain username/passwd).

  I solved the problem on my machine by changing the value of the \DeferFlags HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Network\ key "driveletter" from 1 to 4.  In addition, I changed the subkey to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider to inherit the permissions of its parent (giving him admin instead of simply the rights of system access).

  I do not know which of the above has solved the problem on my machine but my discs now connect automatically and I can see the disk/username in the stored usernames and passwords.

  I tried the same changes on a colleagues machine and it did not work!  Whenever it restarts it is prompted to enter a password again.  In addition, the reader/user name disappears from the stored usernames and passwords even if I grabbed manual is here and then restart (have not tried command line entry net use).

  Just as surprising is if I delete all mapped drives, verify that they have been struck from the register, and then remap them and choose reconnect at login option, they will be always created with the DeferFlags set to 1.  I have to manually change for 4 (my understanding that 1 = does not record the pass, 4 = save)

  I searched high and low... found loads of people facing a similar problem... but not a solution.  Help would be greatly appreciated

  In response to your question, there is a little problem which I think is due to servers of single sign - one failover, which causes handles to the people to return to their username. If you wait (could be a matter of hours or days) it will come back by itself once Oracle sort out servers. Don't bother trying to reset your grip via the control panel as it does not work.

  Who has ever done the installation of Windows, the installation program asks you to enter your name and optionally, the name of the organization. These registration information appears under recommended for in the general tab of the System when you click Start, click Control Panel, click performance and Maintenanceand then click System.

  To change see instructions below:

  1. Click Startand then click run.
  2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
  3. Look for the following registry key:
     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
  4. To change the name of the company, follow these steps:

     In the right pane, double-click RegisteredOrganization. Under value data, type the name that you want, and then click OK.

  5. To change the name of the registered owner, follow these steps:

     In the right pane, double-click RegisteredOwner. Under value data, type the name that you want, and then click OK.

  6. Click Exit on the file menu to exit the registry editor.
