  Windows 7 / 2008 R2 doesn't use NTBackup.exe to back up files. Instead, it uses SDCLT.exe (in %SystemRoot%\System32\sdclt.exe( ), which depends on the shadow copy volume service.

  I was also having this problem but I managed to fix it. Essentially its down to where you keep your related files. I keep my friends, for all my sites of muse, in creative cloud file in a folder called 'active Live '. Obviously, this folder then gets synced between the cloud and connected my 2nd PC CC. On this unit, the 'Creative Cloud Files' folder is exactly the same as on my laptop... once everything is synchronized to the top. Thus, two creative cloud files are identical, containing a folder named 'Active Live' where all my files from muse to get their photos etc...

  HOWEVER: As noted above, in order to avoid the question relinking, the path root to your files are identical on both machines. In the contrary case, Muse's looking in the wrong place * (* depends on how you place the files in your site of Muse in the first place, but I did not search in great depth).

  THE SOLUTION: Is your creative Cloud Files folder to the same location on both computers that are running the software. To do this, create a new folder on your C:\ called something like "CCFolder". Open the creative application of cloud, then go to "preferences". Once there, click on 'Creative cloud' and then below that "Files" and you can see a drop down "file location". Click the menu drop down and you have the option to 'change... '. ». Click here and go to your new place "C:\CCFolder". The creative cloud app will now spend all your files to the new location. Repeat this process on your device and the result is that all of your files will be in the same place on both machines (in my case C:\CCFolder\Creative Cloud Files\Live active").

  When you now open your muse site, you will need to recreate a link to your files once more (because you just change the location of them), but after you save the file, sync it on your other computer, and then open it again... the relinking question should have.

  I must say that I am very frustrated because as an avid user of Apple, I have 2 x 2 x iPads, iPhones and a MacBook Pro and still only got 5 GB of free storage iCloud to share between all devices. I don't think I should have to pay for additional storage, given the high investment I have with Apple products - it of crazy for me to buy a 128 GB iPhone and have only 5 GB free storage - but I don't see otherwise around having to upgrade and subscribe to a larger storage iCloud plan.
