• Why the adobe color themes connect while I am already connected to requires?

  For some reason Adobe Color Themes add-on for photoshop cc requires me to connect to use, while a few hours ago, it didn't.

  When I look in the Help menu, it says signout ([email protected]), which means that I'm connected.

  In Edition > Preferences > sync settings, it says: connected as [email protected] which also means that I'm connected.

  CC Manager I disconnected and reconnected the hope that he'll fix it. It had no success.

• Why not URL links displayed as pdf written of freehand MX?

  I selected the text I tried to apply the URL. Pulled the bottom of the Navigation menu, typed in the URL, press tab, and the selected type appears in the text box of substring. I chose then get URL in Action; _self under settings; on (press) to the title of the event and then closed the box. Has written a ps file and then as a pdf and the URL link does not appear in the pdf file.

  in any case, I just exported a PDF with two different links contained in it (FreeHand, on os 10.6.2 etc.). the only thing I know, that I confirmed work very well, is to hit the "Settings" button... ", you will see in the first window on file > export... If the PDF is selected as output type, the installer will have several checkboxes, one that says "export with URLs. Make sure it is and click on the OK button (should be blue).

  None of the other stuff that you said made no sense to me. but then, it was a long day of work.

  OHO, I'm changing my answer. I realize now what you're talking about, and it seems to be completely broken. Have not used this feature in some time, but I know that it worked on 10.5.8 running FH 11.02. Now, some fields or menus are dimmed, and it breaks the other links that I had work (for which I had just added the http:// part).

  Freehand is breaking. Slowly but surely. No two ways about it.

  But I wonder, if you have CS4 why not just open the PDF file in AI or Acrobat Pro and fix it's from there? I know, but you have to do what you have to do.

• the MTS files do not work in CS6... Why not Adobe

  If I have a file in my camera sony in Prem Pro .mts, reports the video but no sound?  If I have him drop it into CS5.5 sound works.

  It is not all good news though, but I have a solution that will definitely work for you, all that it's a bit drastic

  This problem has been to kill me. I just want to be able to drag and drop the MCS file in first pro, as I always have with other video files and all the nonsense to shoot the whole folder structure just won't DO, we do not live in the 70s. And thank God, the file structure is just stuff and nonsense.

  What is happening is that... something on your PC does not work files (and Adobe do not have any idea what it is) and besides that I do, but until a person learns, I can tell you that a full blow and reload new windows will be 100% solve the problem.

  Now, I don't have one for years, so it was a complete pain and took more than a day to recover all the way I like it and to be honest, it will be a week before as I have all my favorite programs work properly.  BUT I can tell you that with Premiere Pro installed, I can now just PULL THE FILES FROM the CAMERA PHOTO HARD DRIVE and let FALL THE LIKE ANYWHERE and better yet, pull them in first ruined as I want and they play 'Sound and all' and that my friends is the way it should be

  For Adobe, I can tell you that some parameters of another installed program system is clearly the culprit but I can't for the life of me tell you who.  I can say that it is not mine, or the programs fault but a lack of tests on from Adobe.  Because clearly, it is not, and a good number on your forum, and many others. Software should work under any scenario, I'm not running certainly all the strange programs that should cause this.

  Until Adobe can pin point a solution and patch their program, I can recommend my solution buy guys and girls make sure to save all your mail, Favorites, passwords, documents and any other valuable to you before doing a clean install and if you will reply in the Groove with our favorite editor PP CS6.

• Why not Adobe Bridge list/bookmark/link my creative cloud 20 GB 'drive', 'Favorites '? Can he?

  The question of the title pretty much sums up it.  I tried to find a way to get the bridge to recognize the location of the external link of my 20 GB storage allocation remote creative cloud... blah blah.    So far, no dice.

  The thing that really bothers me is that I'm tryin to find the right URL of my remote cloud creative drive, and I can't find it anywhere.  I have not seen this. (This is a URL that has my username from email in there, I think.)  But all I can see now is the generic URL: https://creative.adobe.com/files

  Does anyone have an idea how to actually use this Cloud drive with bridge?  Or LEAST how to retrieve "the location of the page" URL of the Cloud player (rather than the URL of the generic user page I posted above)?

  I was on four conversations of support to Adobe technical support during the last two days, if that's what you can classify typing an anonymous operator on chat software. I checked before buying that I could switch from Freehand MX 5.1 Illustrator using the illustrator update diskette and assured that it was possible. Now that I have bought and tried to install the software, only to fail on me, Adobe are consistantly refusing to support the problem, to the point where I'm cut as soon as they get information. I have transcripts of the conversations, as soon as I mention that I have the transcript where they me assured that it was possible, they cut me. The site is a nightmare to navigate, I always end up coming back to the header page. I am a web designer and learn how to build navigation that goes to a page and not in a large circle. Engineers can't type English good or give clear instructions, and when questioned, as cut you. Adobe makes good software but can't stand at all. If there was an alternative, I would use it, but they have absorbed all the competition.

• Why my Adobe Color Printer Utility application only allows me to print on A4?

  I find that the application of printer utility for printing color targets only allows me to print on A4. If I change the size of a custome size paper when I go to print, it is up to A4. It's just the way it works?

  If I want to send raw data to the printer files that are bigger, then A4 how can I do.

  What printer you have, make & model?

• Adobe color, by clicking color theme displays the wrong color (PSD, I, iD, AE)

  When I create a new Adobe Color CC Web site color theme, sometimes the color theme seems to have a mind of your own. This has happened for the last few months in the I, ID, PSD and AE (CC 2015) I've just updated all the software to the latest version (Release 2015 3.0)

  I create the color theme, then when I choose the color in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, although the colors look correct and hovering on the color theme displays the appropriate 6 numbers and colours CMYK, color once I have create a form, or select a brush, color is incorrect.

  If I play with the theme long enough by changing a few values here and there, it seems to work. But for at least this color theme, I can't have the correct color without manually typing in color, although color Adobe theme library displays the value of the appropriate color.

  Anyone having problems with the color themes and color pick up?

  If you don't want your color to change, use only RGB color Adobe cc. Do not click the CMYK option.

• My (now Adobe Color CC) Kuler color themes are not updated in Illustrator

  I created a few new color themes in Adobe Color CC and saved, but they do not appear in illustrator. My themes of color more than weeks are there, but not the ones I created today. It says updated at 09:00 (gmt) this morning, its now 16:00. Why does not update this?

• Could not complete the command because of a problem in using the Adobe color engine

  Hi all

  Strangely this began this morning - completely out of the blue - and I have no idea why.

  Configuration: Mac 10.8.2 / Creative Suite Premium PhotoShop CS5 extended (patched to 12.04)

  Work on the exported images from LightRoom 4 (16 bit A3 Pro Photo RGB PSD) in PhotoShop CS5.

  As part of my image, classification process, I have a PhotoShop Action that performs the following operations: layer of copy to a new document (document meets all of the copied layer settings) > Image > settings > HDR toning > apply a certain "Preset" HDR > copy of resulting image in original doc > set opacity to 40%.

  Totally out of the blue, after having this action for about 2 months, this morning I start getting a dialog box warning "Unable to complete the command because of a problem in using the Adobe color engine" and the action fails. The failure seems to take place in the part 'do document' action and seems to be in some way related to the contents of the Clipboard.

  I tried trashing and recreating the action. It works to new first fine delay and then - on the following image - errors.

  At the moment I can only safely do the work 'manually' by filling all the actions myself.

  I see no parameters that have changed and the operating system has not been updated for a while.

  I found another thread on a similar problem in PhotoShop Elements, but no final solution.

  Any help appreciated because I have a shedload of things to deal with.

• Why has Adobe decided to do cloud subscription and not continue with the Collections?

  I know that it is hard to predict the future and trends. And I know wanted offer convenience, but it's an inconvenience when you do not offer a time offer without continually having to pay for a product. Yes. Adobe is an exceptional product. But you could potentially lose a good customer because continually have to pay for a product year after year without ever owning. People prefer to invest a lump sum, then ending up paying more in the long term. I just wanted to know why not continue with CS 7, 8, 9. Or if you want clouds. Let a time buy and be able to have available for use without the CD.

  You can always buy cs6 (Creative Cloud now includes the features of Creative Suite Master Collection and Design Premium)and a handful of other adobe programs.

• I'm trying to print using my own profile and no color management.   I have found a lead to the Adobe Color Print Utility but reached a point where he declared that she would not work with future versions of the Mac operating system.   I have Mac OS 10,11,

  You don't want or need to use the old setting 'No Color Management'. Is no longer the right way to print with a custom printer profile, in the current versions of Photoshop and OS X.

  To use a custom profile to print, use the attached picture settings:

  • In the print dialog box, set the Photoshop color management menu manages colors.
  • Select your profile to the printer in the printer profile menu.
  • In the settings of printer driver Epson (under Printer Setup button) make sure that the Epson printer driver is set to the color - off management.

  

  I don't know why Adobe Color Printer Utility works in 10.11.3, because I can throw on OS X 10.10 and 10.11. But in the end, it doesn't matter, because you don't want to use it for this purpose Adobe Color Printer Utility is only to print a profiling target, no images. And it won't let you print using your custom printer profile, because the whole point of the utility is to print with no discoloration whatsoever.
