  This problem appeared after Premiere Pro cs6 update 6.0.5. and Nvidia graphic drivers at 320... then 331,65. Reading CUDA started working correctly when I reinstalled the graphics drivers Nvidia 307.07 old. It was very unsupposed problem. NEVER DAY drivers and the system until that your projects are completed!

  I installed the Office of creative cloud App on my laptop Lenovo Windows 7. I then installed the Adobe Pro first, CS6 for trial.

  Installation is complete without reporting any error. But there is no shortcut to start the application.

"there is a"select a product"drop down and the only thing on the list is Pro Prem CS5.5 - when I put in the liscence here It says invalid. Just to try, I downloaded the installation for CS5.5 and who does not accept the license at all. What can I do to get the CS6 running on my new computer?

  A bit of history which could be related, I remember that I originally bought first Pro CS5 from someone on ebay, not knowing that it was a Mac version, which would not work on my PC - so I contacted Adobe and upgraded to CS6 for Windows at a lower cost. I see in MY PRODUCTS there is a serial number for the two "Adobe Premier Pro" version 5 for MAC and Version 6 for Windows.

  It seems that you have a 32 bit OS and Premiere Pro does not work on a 32 bit OS. Premiere Pro needs a 64 bit OS to work.

  Premiere Pro CS6 is a 64-bit software and will only install on a 64-bit computer. There is no way around that.

  Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6 are 64-bit only. They will not work on your machine.

  Please check and see if all the requirements of system for Premiere Pro CS6 are met on your computer: Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows.

  If the system requirements are met, then please use the CC cleaning tool and remove the app completely from your machine and then reinstall: use the creative cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems.

  Does anyone know why can't import video MXF files from the Canon XC10 to first Pro CS6?  I searched for a process / workflow that does not include having to use an mxf converter.  I looked at a number of different suggestions on the web.  I read the following article http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/products/premiere/cs6/pdfs/adobe-premiere-pro-cs 6-canon-workflow - guide.pdf which indicates it should not be a problem with the import mxf to the first pro cs6.  I also used the Canon XF Utility - once again unfortunately, I still got the message "the importer reported a generic error.  Other Adobe applications, faced with this format include Prelude and Media Encoder.

  I'm on Windows 10.  I hope that someone in the community will have technical knowledge to help.  Or maybe even staff Adobe might be able to offer suggestions.  Thank you.
