• Why not show the photos imported into Lightroom?

  I imported a file of about 170 photos in lightroom using the same process I used for a month.  the files are a combination of canon .cr2 files and corresponding .jpg files that go with the .cr2s.

  After the import is complete lightroom showed zero pictures in this folder.  I immediately took panic and double checked that all files really did not exist in the folder via windows Explorer.

  However, if I go back and try to re-importation of the import function files shows all files as having been previously imported.

  I tried the process "synchronize the folder" and it shows first as '170' files to import, but after the full synchronization function it shows 0 files processed.

  Any ideas why lightroom refuses to show this particular group of files?

  I suspect it's something either really easy or the library on my system is messed up because of corruption.

  If the library is messed up how can I do to rebuild.  These photos are critical for me because they are shooting at the head of an actress.

  Here is my proposal... you imported photos with the copy option, and if your Windows Explorer thinks that they are in the Outbox folder (so you think), and Lightroom they think in case Z, where the photos have been copied.

• Insertion of PDF files into word documents

  Since download Adobe X I couldn't insert a PDF document into a word (using Office 2007 and Office 2010) document.  I get the following error message:

  "The program used to create this object is AcroExch.  This program is either not installed on your computer, or it does not.  The change this object install AcroExch or ensure that any dialogs in AcroExch are closed.

  As this was a feature I used without any problem before downloading Adobe X I can only assume that it's to do with the download.

  Any ideas please?

  Maybe a problem of protection of Adobe Reader X mode.

• Why not my forms I made in Livecycle ES4 are open in Reader 11 AND CD player?

  Here are my steps I took to create a form and the result...

  1. Print a blank report from Excel to PDF.
  2. Open the form in Adobe Illustrator (CS5) to remove lines of writing so I can create a multiple line field later. removed the boxes to check, and other items.
  3. recorded as
  4. Open in Livecycle CS5 and took all my fields. text, dates, and checkboxes fields.
  5. registered
  6. Open in acrobat X changed the reader extend pdf setting to allow a user to fill in and save. (so far I did this hundreds of times)
  7. distributed to colleagues (via USB)
  8. they tried to open it with Player 11 but was warned that they could not fill and save it and that they should communicate with the author.
  9. a colleague tried to open with his laptop computer with CD (same alerts)
  10. Adobe asked and they said acrobat x is not supported by windows 7 (but I've used it since 2009)
  11. Purchased Acrobat DC
  12. Open the form for the settings of extended again drive.
  13. does not work on other laptops
  14. went to open with livecycle and the program was gone.

  Nitro is simply a different PDF Viewer. Whether or not this works, you will learn nothing about what's wrong with Acrobat/Reader or the form.

  On the icon of the document itself, right click, select Properties. On the "Général" tab, in "Open with", click the button change, choose the Adobe program, click ok, apply, ok.

• Can not put multiple PDF files into a single document no more.

  I was able to scan multiple PDFs into one document on my desktop. I can no longer. I have a printer Photosmart HP 6515 and Windows7 OS.  PS. just the other day I had someone remotely access my computer to fix a problem with MagicJack (computer phone) and who knows what they might have done.   Here are a few screenshots I took it to give you an example of how to do to scan several pages in the scanner software. Make sure that the option is disabled for the creation of a separate file for each scanned page. Subsequently, click on the 'Destination' tab above and save it to any folder you want on your desktop or elsewhere.

  Please can someone help?  I'm trying to import pictures using Windows Photo Gallery - but when I insert an SD card into my card reader it won't let me discover the Explorer dependencies photos first... SO I ask him to import.  Previously I used Adobe Photoshop to automatically import the photos - which worked well - as s Douglas that I plugged it in the card reader - photos have been imported automatically... but now when I go to default programs there no option to use the Photo Gallery as default
