Why parts of my menu boxes showing fully on my Mac/Firefox browser?

I'm on Mac 10.10.3. Joint is a screenshot of the problem. Menu boxes are to cut and I am unable to view them entirely. Here is an example with the Burger menu bar that appears on the browser. This happens elsewhere too. Thank you for your help.

You can try refreshing firefox? This resets the settings to their default values, which can solve the problem.

Note: When you use this feature, you will lose all the extensions, toolbar customizations, and certain preferences. See article Firefox Refresh - reset modules and parameters for more information.

Refresh for Firefox:

  1. Open the troubleshooting information page:

    • Type of topic: support in your address bar to bring up the troubleshooting information page.
  2. At the top right of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox". Click on it.
  3. Firefox closes. Once the update process is complete, Firefox will display a window with the imported information.
  4. Click Finish and reopen Firefox.

  • Why is there so little space at the top of the Firefox browser to move your cursor to your Favorites?

At the top of the Firefox browser, there is a small amount of space to move your cursor to access the bookmarks. What goes in the new browser is that if you move a fraction of an inch incorrectly, you open the new tab instead of being able to get to the Favorites section, which is now to the right of access of the new tab. Therefore, return to the orange box of Firefox to try again. It gets mighty frustrating. More old Firefox users for many years which was very, very satisfied with the previous edition, I suggest a larger upper surface in which move your cursor around, or some sort of customaization of sizing being available, or the ability to use a 'classic' of Firefox edition. I am currently using Microsoft Vista. Thank you very much!

I also find the new boring interface. Try this and see if you like it better: open the box orange of Firefox and go to the Options in this drop-down menu, select menu bar. Then you will have a more "classic" view

  • Why some radio buttons do not show in IE, but not Firefox?

Some web sites an option button or check box is available, but Firefox does not display any map or content for it. It is only found by positioning the mouse on the screen and hoping that a text such as "Click here to submit" message appears. These buttons normally appear as it seems that this is the problem with Firefox and not the particular website in IE.

  • Why can't I save my tabs when I leave the Firefox browser?

That is to say where is the option that was available in the previous version of firefox?

I don't care for the option 'open Web browsers for the last time' since I can not want to save my tabs each and every time, not to mention the fact that it is bulky fucking to continue to go into the menu options to switch between "show my home page" and "my tabs" every time, I use firefox. I mean honestly.

And not even mention the option 'restore previous session '. I can't help but feel like I'm asking this is that hard to implement. Why was the first place he removed? It's very important for me, when Firefox will ask: "Do you want firefox saves your tabs for the next time" when I closed the window, and there was an option to stop the firefox asking for those interested.

Please bring back this feature, it should be of perfect for my needs. I hope people remember of what I am referring. I hope that "subject: config" has an option to bring back...

You can have things the old-fashioned way, and even if you do not choose to restore your tabs the next time Firefox starts, you can always restore your through your history as John99 mentioned, if you change your mind after you restart Firefox.

See point #31 in the following text
Restore the tabs of a lost session done now after restarting via the History menu ('Alt + S') 'restore previous session'.

You can always have old messages, to ensure that you get your tabs immediately restored, but with or without messages and depending on how you respond to the message, you can still get your previous session via the history menu back.

  • The drop down menu boxes that appear under the heading of Firefox do not fill. A form of box on the screen, but it is empty. Given zero no has not solved the problem.

The file, editing, display and help tabs that were on the previous version of FireFox Menu bar top are apparently incorporated into the "FireFox" drop-down box in the latest version of the browser. I was unable to open those tabs earlier, so by the recommendation of the Support Forum, I have Firefox on my laptop. Now not only the tabs above are missing after this reset, but the drop down menu does not open in any submenus. What I see now is a box on the surrounded black screen, but sub menu selections such as save as, print, copy etc are not shown in the box. This is why the Navigator is not functional in its current state.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem that will not delete my favorites and other content stored on Firefox? Please save me to return to Internet Explorer.

With all due respect, you are incorrect. You simply did not notice before D drive. D drive is a logical drive. To the best of my knowledge there is no way to prevent it from the show. However, simply disable the system for D drive restore.

  • Link to the page menu item not fully answer

Can take you a look at my site to the http://www.impossibleimports.com and tell me why some of the navigation does not work properly?

The main point of concern is when you have selected the menu option Fren Tubo and then navigate elsewhere in this part of the site? It seems that only a part of the menu elements react as you hover over them. I am a bit stuck?

    Thank you.

    Hi Salah,

  • Why? on EACH web search I get a message saying "Firefox prevented this website." These are sites of trust for the most part

I rebooted the free version of the Firefox browser, about two months ago. Since then, whenever I navigate, with few exceptions, Firefox displays a message bar at the top of the screen saying "Firefox prevented this site" with the message, there is a checkbox asking ' ALLOW? When I check ALLOW it most of the time, I get a web page, BUT on some occasions, Firefox keeps just block the page.
Sites and pages that I refer here are for the most part, places of TRUST.
This happened since I rebooted. It was NOT a problem before that.
It is VERY annoying and I have since passed to Google Chrome.
If you can offer any reasoning or explain why this is happening, I will be grateful.
    Thank you. mLowe51

Finally looks like a response to the blocking of the Government and other trusted sites
