Why thunderbird crash when I try to print an e-mail?

It happened very suddenly the day after. When I opened an email I received on my Mac Pro and then try to print on my HP Photosmart C4780 printer, I immediately get a message that my thunderbird broke down. So far, the process has worked very well and I don't see what has changed. Why? How to solve?

  • 19.0A1 every night (11/11/2012) crashes when I try to print a page

    Hello

I recently had a strange problem with 19 every night.
It crashes when I try to print a page - any page, even empty.

This problem is reproducible on all my machines with all newer than 11/04/2012 night.
If the problem occurred for the first time, about a week ago so I guess it's a bug in the code that handles the print function.

Can someone help me with this?

    Noctha

This is a known bug and I hope it will be fixed in the days again.

    Scott

    Hi Scott,.

    (1) if it works well before?

    (2) remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?

    (3) what is the complete error message you receive?

Method1: The computer in the boot and a test to see if you can print

Follow step 1 in the link below,

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Important: n ' forget not the computer to start normal follow step 7 in the link.

If the problem persists, you can post your query on the Windows Live Forums for more expert help

  • The browser crashes when I try to print from a specific Web site

When I try to print from a specific website on Mozilla Firefox, the browser crashes. Before that the settings of the printer had been reset to set a new default printer from the browser. I have reset the browser again, updated the browser, confirmed that other browsers will print on this site for this printer and that other sites will be Mozilla, and yet this site continues to crash. I deleted cookies, hard reset, soft reset both the printer and the computer. Any tips?

  • 28 Firefox crashes when I try to print to the printer, Acrobat PDF

    Hi all!

I observed a problem when I try to print a Web page in Firefox v28 using the printer of PDF Acrobat (Acrobat Pro 9.5.5) installed on a Virtual Machine (VMware View 5.2) with Windows 7 64 bit. Print dialog box crashes (no response) after the pdf dialog box "Save as." Then I have to force Firefox to close, and subsequently an Acrobat PDF conversion dialog box appears with the progress bar has stopped in the middle. I must also close it afterwards.

The other programs (Office, IE, Notepad...) are able to print through the PDF printer without problem. The problem appeared after the automatic update of Firefox v28, since when I downgrade to Firefox v26 the problem disappears.

I checked a setup similar to a physical computer (W7 64 bit, Acrobat Pro 9.5.5, v28 of Firefox), and everything works fine, so I think it's a change that's happened in Firefox v28 who has a problem with the configuration of the VM. I also tried to change the Firefox profile, reset Firefox and reset the print settings and reinstall Acrobat. No luck.

I would like to know if anyone knows some changes in Firefox v28 printing or related to any service or update that may have a problem in the virtual machine.

    Any help is welcome!

    Thank you!

I just try with Firefox 29 in the same virtual machine, and it works perfectly, so I guess that is a bug in version 28.

  • ThinApp IE9 crashes when you try to print

I packed IE9 with 4.7.0 - 519532 capture on a clean VM in Vista (I have attached the view info to capture machine as a whole). I added a group Active directory so that the site would be redirected to the native browser.

The only problem we have so far is that IE crashes everytime someone try to print from the browser. We tried printing on different printers .pdf and different brands of physical printers.

We have disabled protected mode turned off all plugins and various other things that we found on the net.

We even installed a non thinapp IE9 on the virtual machine to see if it does the same thing and it's not.

Does anyone has any ideas or have had the same problem?

Could you try with the last 4.7.2 free please.
