  The file does not contain the work plan you need. What you need, it's a work plan for each inside and outside that surrounds the other 3 work plans.

• Why won't save my Collections in Bridge?

  I like the idea of building collections to bridge based on keywords and whatnot.  In this way, I can have all my images in a directory and simply use to browse the collections rather than having to load each image in the directory through bridge.

  But... Bridge never seems to save collections, once I have quit the program.  The name of the collection itself, remains on a restart, but has more images in the collection.

  This is not in reference to smart collections.

• Why won't save the addresses I enter the address book?

  Since we had Thunderbird, we were not able to add all of the addresses in the address book. Strange thing is, we added an address when we started, and the address is saved! But after that and since then, no other addresses are saved when add us them. Here's what happens: we add a new contact, enter the information and click OK. Thunderbird is always open, contact seems to be stored in the address book and can be accessed. But as soon as Thunderbird is closed and reopened, the address disappears and we are left with only only one address, that we've added when we started and nothing more. I hope someone can help with this!

  This could be because you have set Firefox not remember the history. Who did you intentionally? It is defined in the Options dialog box:

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > privacy

  Maybe it would work if you choose "Use the custom settings for history" and not to turn off specific things that you want to disable.

  What makes you think that iCloud is not back up your photos? If you use iCloud photo library, the photos are "stored" in iCloud, but not in the backup.

  Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > iCloud > storage management > your device. You see pictures in the backup?

  Experimental features

  The problems are gone now. However, I'll never know exactly what that caused them. When I restarted the computer in safe mode problems continue. But when I tried to restart my computer does not recognize the hard drive in safe mode or in normal mode.
