Some sites tell me to upgrade to version 4, but I already have. The two sites I can think of right now are Yahoo and Chrome Angrybirds.

Forms of the POST on some sites Web returns a blank page

Some sites with POST forms return a blank page when I submit the form. The data apparently gets submitted, so according to the Web site I can refresh the page and it works fine. But some sites that completely breaks the functionality.

More recently it has happened to me click the "Ship to this address" button on Etsy (which is a situation of breaking site and refreshing took me back to the same page). Then I came here to register for an account and, well, funny story, it actually happened when I clicked on the button register after completing a username, password and email address (but refreshing worked).

Maybe in relationship: around the same time, he began to arrive, I noticed that 307 redirects would give me a blank page saying "Document has moved [link]here/link", and I have to click "here" to pass, as opposed to the redirect automatically.

Upgrade from versions after a clean install.

We have a couple OSX machines in our shop under 5.5 Production Premium CS. It is necessary for me to each disk reformat for various reasons related to the upgrade of OS x Lion. After Lion and running, I want to then take this opportunity to upgrade to Adobe CS6, using licenses already, I own (but have never used).
Should I turn off my CS5.5 licenses first? Maybe I need to reinstall 5.5 on the same computer again, just to have as a backup. Any advice would be appreciated.

And if you really wanan install CS5.5, install ITO before CS6 to avoid problems with the associations of files and programs for example try to invoke the wrong version of the bridge...

Since upgrading to Firefox 5.0, some websites of returns an error message. JavaScript application is the title and the failure of the assertion message. I found some sites that where information is being downloaded that page hangs until the Refresh button is clicked.

Web sites tell me that I can't use websockets

mutiple sites tell me that the browser does not support websockets.
First of all, I saw this in the add-on pushbullet. Here, I thought it was a problem specific to the site.
But now I tried IPython notebook and the error came back.
I tried http://www.websocket.org/echo.html and the same once again.
But http://caniuse.com/websockets told me that it should be supported.
Checked in normal and safe mode, so it's not a problem to Add on.
Firefox developer works with this sites.

Ok. Another profile solved this problem.
It was a simple setting that has been set to false.
I think it was a fragment of firefox 4/5 (yes my real config have its root in the firefox 3 xx times), there was simply the key network.websocket.enabled the value false, and I never used it until now.
So I'm able to keep my good old config and just change it in all: config.

So, if anyone has the same problem:
Before resetting the configuration, or worse still the whole profile:
-Open the link "subject: config ' in the browser
-Locate the key: network.websocket.enabled
-Check if it is set to true (the default)

I recently started getting the message "error - blocked site" on some sites that use to work. Can anyone suggest why this might be, please?

I don't have the same problem if you are using Opera as a browser, however, I am aware that ISPS have blocked some sites in the United Kingdom due to a decision of the Court and wonder if it is the cause. The message only started to appear since I read about this decision. Is there a list somewhere that shows which sites are legally blocked in the United Kingdom? I can then excluded of this in or out as the cause.

The certificate is not reliable because it was signed with a signature algorithm that has been disabled because this algorithm is not secure.

I was able to restore by allowing this key to everything: config:

At first, I thought it was a specific Web site, but I found that it is affecting my sites on a set path. Yet once, I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox. It doesn't seem to affect one of my other internet browsers.

It would not be a problem, but most of the sites are demanding I upgraded and even disabling certain features until I do.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
- Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file
It is not usually necessary to create an exception for the certificates.

Possible causes are that a server does not send the full (intermediate) certificate chain or self signed certificates.
