  The leading edge of each document prints a quarter inch less margin than it should. Have tried many things without success. Apparently, something slipped a quarter inch into the additional paper tray, but I have no idea what. It's one great printer in all other respects.

  I understand that you have a print quality problem when you use your HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-all-in-one printer - C410a.  I would like to work with you on this.  I have a few suggestions that may improve the quality of your print.

  I recommend you to make a copy of the front of the printer in order to isolate the issue further. If you have the same problem when copying, then likely the issue-oriented material.  If so, click here and try the solutions that apply to your installation.

  If your printer has a decent copy less error of margin is probably the printing problem you see is related software. In this case, try the following:

  1. Uninstall the printer - click here for instructions.
  2. Fix permissions of the disc on your Mac - click here for instructions.
  3. Once you have finished running the utility above, restart your computer.
  4. Finally, click here to reinstall your printer.

• Windows Vista connected online but not shown on network and sharing Center or on the taskbar, leads to other problems

  I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 running on Windows Vista, my router modem is a Motorola SURFboard SBG901. A few months ago on this computer, I couldn't see that I was connected online either from right down icon in my taskbar (it shows just two monitors with an 'x', that when you highlight on he says "not connected, you are currently not connected to any network.")  I don't see it on my network and sharing Center which States: "not connected wireless connections are available." In terms of network it shows that my PC and then the line that has an x on him. If you click the x, or select diagnose and repair, he informs me that all is going well with my computer. If I go to connect to a wireless network, it shows that I'm connected to my network ready. I open one of my browsers and they all work very well, I can access any site without problem. I was not embarrassed with him at the time, but since then I moved into a new House and have a new service and everything, with this motorola modem cable. my new wireless network is a network unsecured, which of course, I want to fix it. I can connect to this network, but I can't access it through Windows properties to make sure. I read the manual of the modem, telling me to connect through an ethernet connection and access configuration manager using the ip address of my router on a browser, but which does not charge or the other.   It will not be a memory problem because these customevent get gc had.  but there is more work for the flash player because there is more gc.

  Whenever I start my copy of CS6 Cloud Illustrator after working with an image, I get a message on broke Prefs and will be saved somewhere. This does not happen if I open it just after doing nothing. It is perfectly feasible right now because I always start with the defaults, but I wonder if this could lead to bigger problems down the road?

  This could be related to Illustrator not being able to save preferences correctly. I would like to try to recreate the preferences and working in an adminstrative new user account to see if the issue still happens.
