• Can I use the Captivate6 (subscription) new Widget bars and always give control to my learners?

  Hi, I want to create screens that do not have a fixed, I like my students to explore several interactions 'click to reveal' (for example 4 photos (buttons) appear) and user can click on each image to reveal some texts and pictures, then choose when to move to the next screen. I don't want ' show click, show, click, show click on ' IE linear interaction, instead I want to leave my learner decide what order to explore and spend. I know how to set up the click interactions - but how to stop the timeline to move to the next screen?  I want the points to stay on the screen and not to disappear and to avoid that the screen automatically advances to the next.  Currently I set the duration of the slide to be huge for learners to give sufficient time to explore, but is probably not a better method of practice?  Ideally, I would like to take advantage of the new Widget bars for navigation, rather than building buttons for each screen.  Is this feasible?   Maybe it's not the best answer... it works but that's what I'm doing now.

  I put a button in the upper corner of the page and make it white so its invisible to the user. I put the break on this button to appear after all the items on my slide appeared then it will hold the slide at this point here. I put the action of this button on the success of "no action"just in case where the user did click on it... even if it is tiny and invisible, I suppose that it is still possible for the user to click on it

  The pictures below include my sticky navigation bar which should cover all other objects of the muse Web page.   It does with all the objects, except for the youtube video using the widget object.

  How can I solve this problem?   YouTube is the last object in the menu layers.

• I lost the menu bar, navigation line arrows address, etc. on Yahoo. Running windows 7, but with a mac (no 'alt' key) keyboard. How to restore?

  I lost the address field, the Menu bar, the navigation arrows. I can't restore by using the "Alt" key that I use a Mac keyboard. "option" key has no effect.

  Make sure that you are not running Firefox mode full screen with all the hidden toolbars.

  • Press F11 to toggle mode full screen (file/Firefox > fullscreen)

  If the menu bar is hidden, then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, which should make the convening of menu bar.

  Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible: "view > toolbars".

  • Is he missing elements then open the window customize via "view > toolbars > customize" or "Firefox > Options > toolbars" (Linux, Windows)
  • If a missing element is located in the toolbar palette and then bring her back in the window customize the toolbar

  My application has 25 reactive Blue theme and I migrated it ut guidelines 1.

  Now, the navigation list is left whatever I defined in the

  But with the definitions above the navigation stick to the left sidebar.

  I also "entered in classic Navigation bar' of the migrated application and these show correctly in the navigation bar.

• Widget of Navigation by default to restore?

  Somehow, I have corrupted the default navigation widget and do not understand how to restore it to the default state.  Nail preview appears correctly, but when you drag on the page... it's a unique menu item, no icon "+" to add additional navigation and I can't seem to change the text inside the label.  I uninstalled, deleted preferences and reinstalled, but in vain.  I also was not able to locate all the topics on the discussion.  Thank you.

  

  At the site that you add the menu to had several pages? If you have only the default home page, that's all, you see, as the initial setting for the widget are linked to the top-level of the site pages.

  To change the text and add several menu items, you need to define the Type of Menu to manual in the widget options.

• Drag the square menu widget and navigation

  I recently bought a widget (11.2 square navigation menu) but I have a few problems: in a page of my site there is a list elements o using vertical slider (MUSE 2014.3.2.11 CL 790290) panels and when I click on my menu navigation square, there is an overlap of dragging the Panel and menu. Anyone has already experienced a problem like this?

• Bar navigation and not aligned aggregator project

  The navigation bar is cut in the project of the aggregator. It seems that all of the slide is moved down as there are also white space at the top of the page. I put the table of contents in individual projects and set them to not stretch. I also tried to set the TOC stretched, but with each, the navigation bar to get cut in half in the project of the aggregator. How can I make sure that those align correctly.

  

  After working with Support and try a lot of different things, this has been resolved simply by publishing projects individual cptx as well as the project of the aggregator in a high plu folder in the hierarchy. Not sure why exactly it work - must have to do with the length of the names of files - including the path.

• Floating bar navigation, can't set up

  Could use a second set of eyes. Bought a theme template and made some adjustments in DW. For the life of me, I can't understand why the - "top_bar" - navigation bar is floating. It must be positioned at the top of the page. The footer seems to float.

• Melted fade in bar Navigation Flash for website

  So my flash skills are pretty rusty. The project that I am working is updating my portfolio site, and a navigation bar I want to fade, I click on a link, melted, then click the specified link. I the animation works in the way that I like, however I can't get the links work correctly. I used the standard commands getURL, but each button moves to the same link, not different.

  What Action Script 3.0 coding do I need to make the animation to play the way I have described and each button go to its own link? Thanks in advance for any help.

  You should probably read what I described in my last post several times.  If the buttons are tell the animation to play, they can not also say the movie to go to a new page at the same time.  Something must wait until the animation is made, the animation itself is perfect for that.  The code you showed would be modified to be something more to...

  Okay, guys, this is the scenario:

  A relatively short lesson that has "ramification" (in quotes because it's not true quiz branching which depends on user input) where a student lands on a 'menu' slide (slide 9) which has buttons leading to 3 groups of content (slides 10-12, 13-14 slides, page 15).  The student may choose the order in which they want to see "groups of content" and after each, are invited to return to the menu (slide 9) to choose one of the remaining two, etc.  After each group of 'content' is read completed successfully, the student is asked to take a quiz (slides, 16-19).

  Here's what I want to do:

  I want the buttons of the PlayBar to follow these loops.  If a student arrives at the end of the first section "content" on 12 and hit next on the playback bar, I want to her to return to the menu of 9.  Ditto for then hit 14 and 15.  We want to avoid that the student to do the test before you click through all content "branches".

  Can I do it?  The button "Next" is possible to follow these small contained loops back in the menu slide on 9?  Should I build it as an aggregator project?  Would you do that?  I'll try and post my findings while you guys think about this...

  No it can't. Even if your course can have ramification it it always linear to Captivate and will always display the slide "next."

• The Spry menu bar navigation

  I am using the Spry menu bar and have several menu on my home page items that have incorporated under them. For example, I have an element of menu 'navigate' on the home page, and the slot 'Browse' 'saw inventory"and"wish list ". I want users to be able to access the sub through the menu item "Browse" items but does not allow users to open "Browse."
