width of 50% image full page

Hello, I would like to picture to have 50% of the value of the page with (not the grid with, width full page). I finally found how to pin my image left / right, but I need these images to answer. What I need is not complicated at all, I have just used the width of the image between the left edge of the page at the center of the page with all screen sizes and I don't know ho to do.

You can try with rectangle with scale to fill the picture fill option then check.

Thank you

    Hello

You can use rectangles on the page and apply fill scroll to items, maintain the dimension of identical objects or on the content. You can also insert other elements like the rectangle text between images.

  • 7280 scans are not full page; cultures software image; Question of TWAIN?

I have a new c7280 on Vista Home ultimate. I downloaded and installed all the drivers and software updates that have been listed for the site of HP C7280. When you try to scan using the web tool (JAVA app to the deposit of cheques online), picture is cropped automatically to the party 'text only' image (the empty part of the image is not sent). I have 'automatic cropping"off in the center of solutions and analysis produced initially a picture full page, but before being sent to the computer, the image is cropped, and that part of the image is sent.  The two following threads describe similar issues, involves a problem of TWAIN driver, but does provide some solutions.

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/PSG/board/message?board.ID=scan&thread.ID=1379

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/PSG/board/message?board.ID=scan&thread.ID=798

The problem unrelated to sizes of large file for the pdf scans is well documented on this site, and the solution is to replace the Solution Center (SC) version 10 with v12 (for c6380).  Indications for this procedure are shown here:

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/PSG/board/message?board.ID=scan&message.ID=2307#M2307

Does anyone know if there is a software fix or the solution to my problem of automatic framing of the scanner?

Will install SC v12 for the correct c6380 than this supposed driver TWAIN for the C7280 problem (i.e. SC made v12 difficulty other issues other than the issue of large file size v10?).  Please post similar problems here; I also intend to try the customer service and will post their response here.

Well, I tried customer HP - what a joke. They provided 3 separate solutions, and each was worse than the others. Two of their suggested solutions were things I had already tried and documented in my original request!  I am shocked by client it's terrible to HP support is - a continuous theme this entire Forum.

If, after deletion, with the HP customer support, I took a chance and installed HP Solution Center Version 12 (SC v12) for HP c6380, and it worked! When parsing using java based web app via Twain, the image is cropped is more. I think I've also solved the "pdf scans have too large file size" problem, but I had not yet known who. " It seems that SCv12 fixes a lot of problems for HP all in those running Vista.

Here is a link for directions:

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/PSG/board/message?board.ID=scan&message.ID=2307

    Some additional notes:

    1. I do NOT uninstall all software before you run that 6380 full install profgram

    2. in the installation of new software for C6380, choice for what software to install, etc. have been through hyperlinks in the installation window, vice drag the boxes that were in the C7280 installation program. Minor difference, but I almost missed the opportunity to install only the SC.

    3. my everything on a printer (c7280) is connected via the wireless network. When installing SCv12 via the instructions above, during installation, the program will ask how the printer is connected. Choose "USB" and click the box that says «if you can't connect your device now...» "Installation will be completed, you will need to restart, and when the installation continues after the reboot, it offers you the possibility to add a connection to your desktop icon. You don't need to do this, just to complete the installation, and then open the solution Center, and it will find your printer. Mine is always listed as the c7280.

  • The page master, menu and images... why the menu disappear when adding an image full screen?

    Hi all

I use the widget Menu Muse on the single page Master on the site, but disappears from menu to a page where I placed an image "full screen".  Is there a 'picture-holder' that I could use and still have Visual and using the menu? (hope that makes sense).

Go to your master page open the "Layers" Panel, create a new layer above all others and drag the entries in the layer of everything on that menu. This works, because the layers are not confined to a single page (master), but work across the site.

  • Images full screen / DIV / etc

It is easy to set the width to full screen, but is it possible to adjust the height to full screen too?

I want to be able to start the page with an image full screen (without mather the width or height of the screen of visitors). And from there, the visitor should be able to scroll through the content

    example: https://www.Rijksmuseum.nl/NL/collectie/BK-2008-4

You can't do that with pure CSS - using percentage height of an element works only if the parent has an explicit width.

On this page of the rijksmuseum, they use javascript to enlarge the image to match the size of the screen.

  • Image and Page scaling? is this possible?

    Hi all!

I tried to read around as I could before making this post, its always good to meet new tricks without wanting to, however, it may be due to my lack of "Jargon" fluent but I was reduced to asking.

    www.kiteboarder.se

I posted the site so that you guys can tell me how to solve my problem. So, it's a long way from finished.

    The problem I have is when I reduce the size of my browser, the photo is slippery on my Menu on the right. I understand that there may be a few solutions, but do not know how to implement them. Is there anyway I can be;

Set the page doesn't resize at all, not
Set the menu on the right to remain to the right of the image,
    or
Set the entire page to scale down, the browser is then reduced in size so that the entire page is still on the page of any size it is?

I'd be greatly grateful should you Guru give me a kick in the right direction about which solution would be best applied, and how to apply.

    Thanks in advance.

You must use a min-width css declaration to stop page
    cash under a certain width.

First of all you must wrap your current code in one

    before departure
"mast head" and ending after the link to your index page.

Then, you need to include in your css stylesheet

    #container {}
    min-width: 730px / * or whatever width you want it to be * /.
    }

That however takes modern such as browsers supported
Firfox/Safari/Mozilla. IE doesn't ' tsupport min-width, so you will need to use
    a script to handle this.

Read this tutorial on how to apply the script on your page.

    http://www.Projectseven.com/Tutorials/CSS/MinWidth/index.htm

As a side note. Your page at this point looks a little off for me. You
can try to reduce the width of your image a bit. A good size for the
    width of a page is between 730px - 750px.

  • Sensitive images full screen & Placement of content

    Hello

Please can I ask the community for help and advice?

I created a Web of Muse site and used a widget from QooQee called REACT that allows me to place a sensitive image on the first page of my site and meets all the screen resolutions, which is great.  The image fills all browser.  I want the whole image to fill the first page of my site with a page scrolling.

However, I have a problem and it is the content below my picture to full size browser.

I'm designing on an iMac 27 "screen and when I preview the design in a browser on the big screen, everything is online and is placed where it should be.  However, when I discovered that a 13 "or 15" Macbook, content drops creating a gap between the bottom of the image full screen and the beginning of the content.

Anyone know of a way I can continue this drawing, but have the content of the answer, so he's always sitting right under my picture full screen and I have no gap between the image and my content.  I need this to work for 13 ", 15" MacBook and iMac.

Any help would be appreciated gratefully.

  • Hi, just upgraded to the CD player. How can I change the view pagewidth to view full page?

Hi, just upgraded to the CD player. How can I change the width of page in design mode full page?

    Hi Paul,.

Launch the player, click on View-> Zoom and select the preferred mode. You can also select the mode full screen by pressing Ctrl + L on the keyboard.

  • Adjust the width of the image and position automatically with the size of the browser.

Hi, I am trying to place an image on the left edge of the browser window, and the width of the image is 50% the size of browser window. Similar effect can be found on this Web site. Lenzing Instruments

Note that, like the browser zoom out, the image is half of the width of the browser window and align the right edge of the browser.

I am new to Muse. Not sure if it is possible to achieve this effect in Muse. I know that Muse adjustable width 100% image browser window, but how about 50%, 75% of the other user-defined proportion?

    Any help will be appreciated!

By saying that I mean that you can use the features available where pine will set the location of the content, full-width makes the background or the flexible content with edges of browser. Not all items will be covered to significant effect.

    Thank you

  • Table of contents links keep current zoom level do not zoom to full page

When Indesign creates tables of contents, they automatically connect the paragraphs, links point to, so that in an interactive PDF, clicks and prods take the user to this page. Large.

Is what is not so great that hypertext links / references / jump-links / whatever born behind the scenes within the table of contents seem to be:

    1. .. .be is automatically set to reset the zoom to width full page
    2. .. .not be changed somehow

Normal cross references keep the level of zoom that the user chose and normal hyperlinks that point to a page in the document have a range of settings on this change of zoom level (if any) must be imposed on the user, which can be set to "inherit zoom".

How can I set up a table of contents bothering users by resetting their chosen artitrary default zoom level when using the interactive table of content?

I really hope that I don't have a gap table of content feature Indesign and create all the cross-references manually.

(edited) So it turns out that you can "expand" a table of contents by copying and pasting - it fills the hyperlinks with links that can be edited (as above), but the auto-update breaks - there are a table of contents, they are just one block from text full of links. (I got different copies mixed up when I thought that the framework that the editable links was also-automatic update)

Aging out of the links is a red herring, just something to do with the fact that they were on a master page.

This means that a possible OCD workflow is:

    • Create a table of contents on the pasteboard somewhere.
    • Before finalizing the document, to update the table of contents and alt-do drag the table of contents 'live' creates an editable of 'dead' copy in a suitable place in the document
    • Change the properties of the links links in the 'dead' copy (remember that you can select several hyperlinks at once by holding down the SHIFT key and change things like the Zoom all at once with the hyperlink Options setting from the context menu of hyperlinks).

Then if you make further changes to the document later, remove the copy dead, update and re - copy the live original and redo the changes to the new copy

This isn't a bad way - it adds just on the work of a minute, each time you export a PDF file (delete and update TOC, alt drag, shift-select the new batch of.) XXXX links at the bottom of the hyperlinks Panel, > hyperlink, Zoom setting Options > Inherit Zoom, actually).

Otherwise, you may build manually to a table of contents using cross references, if you want the links to the exact position on the page, not just the top of the appropriate page.

  • * Bleed full page

I have my printer (Epson 300) for printing full page and it will print in CS5 like that.  LR3, I can't print full page.  The purge at the bottom of the page is 1/2 "and I can't (in the custom ISS) pass a cell in which the bottom 1/2".  How can I change that to be able to use this space?

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Al

Maybe you have already done this.  But in the print module, you must set all sliders margin to 0.  Then you need to go to Page Setup (button in the left panel) and choose the appropriate printer settings.  Also, in the right under Image settings panel, make sure to check the option 'Zoom to fill ".

    PREVIOUS MSG:

My goal is to create multi page PDF files created from the images (scans of old brochures).  I get images (scans of pages) to the same size.

I was able to create 4 PDF files (each opens in format full page) and merge into 1 pdf file.  When I opened this final pdf, I see a column of 4 pages, picture on page 1 being larger than the other 3. When I click on the left icon, page 1, I get the full page.  When I click on the icons for pages 2-4, I get nothing.  The only way I can get the other pages in a view full page is to adjust the scale after selecting the icon on the left.  This is not what I want.

    How I created the files.

I can create pdf pages using Photoshop or Acrobat Pro itself through:

File > create PDF > From File and adding each image.  I then, for each, choose Properties > initial view > Fit Page > save. Can I use file > combine > merge files into a single PDF > save.

I have to open the multi page pdf file.

    I appreciate all help.

    PREVIOUS MS

If you use Photoshop, have you not thought about having a 4 layer Photoshop file and make sure that all images appear on separtate layers you would like them to appear in PDF format.

You should then be able to save in PDF via Photoshop and D command to bring up the properties of the document, obtained in the initial view and select your choice of display preference.

    Hope this helps
