  I'm having some trouble trying to read the TEXT in some of my PC applications. It does not happen in all the and can have a mix of large and small TEXT in a box (I've included a screenshot of my desktop to show an example).

  I tried to fix this with the methods are: -.

  2. Text control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display\Screen Resolution\Make and other larger and smaller

  Looking at the screenshot, the box " ""Taskbar and Start Menu Properties"" " you can see the text is fine to read! Below, right-click on the desktop, the box that opens is reading too! "Right out of the box beside it, the ' system properties ' is almost impossible to read without having to screen! Above this area is the "ASUS AI SUITE", you can see the text is small and the numbers are too. I can read about the column titles, but can not read temperatures, the rpm or tensions. Finally is the box ' PC PROBE II ', once again, a mixture of small and large text.

  For the life of me, I don't understand why it started to happen, or when it started. I have not installed, changed or deleted something for awhile also.

  This problem may occur due to a problem with synchronization between the logon process Explorer and Win. When this condition occurs, certain fonts/size get resized automatically.

  I am creating an interface ODI as explained below,

  I table A column 'Comments' and one other table with column B "No Comment." I create a view as shown below and use it as a source for my interface.

  SELECT * FROM WC_EQM_CSAP_FS_TMP WHERE to_char (QUESTION_COMMENT) IN (SELECT NO_COMMENTS FROM WC_EQM_NO_COMMENTS_LIST).

  But my interface fails with the error below

  ORA-22835: buffer too small for to CHAR CLOB or BLOB to RAW conversion (real: 4108, maximum: 4000)

  22835 00000 - "too small buffer tank CLOB or BLOB to RAW conversion (actual: %s, maximum: %s)) '

  * Cause: an attempt was made to convert CLOB to CHAR or BLOB to RAW, where

  LOB size was larger than the buffer for CHAR and RAW limit types.

  Note that the widths are reported in characters if characters length isadds are in effect for the column, other widths are

  in bytes.

  Here QUESTION_COMMENT is of type CLOB data. NO_COMMENTS is also CLOB data type. The maximum length of the data of QUESTION_COMMENT is also 11710

  IMHO, it is not good to compare CLOB, can be that it is possible to use the primary key for the comments

  Is it QUESTION_COMMENT and NO_COMMENTS a PRIMARY INDEX,

  may be is the best solution to create vacabulary with comments (if it does not exist) and then compare it by id;

• "The new page size is too small": how?

  The width of the page in my book was 4,125 "with 0.25" margins on the sides. The title pages of each section have tabs to purge, and I needed to increase the size of the page to remove a text which was on the tabs, but off the page. I increased the width of the page 6 "and deleted text, but now I can't change to 4,125" wide. FM said: "new page size is too small for some custom column layouts. Why? It was 4,125 "before...

  What specific version of FM (help > about) and o/s?

  I often met this already too, in all versions of FM. It seems that there is some routine check who comes in is that after we resize the pages and it won't let go.

  You mention the title pages have tabs to purge, but you did not say specifically, is to know if the text off page is serving on a page of the body or on a master page?

  When you deleted the text in the tab, you also remove the frame, the text was? If this isn't the case, it's probably what FM complains, because he "knows" now on the block of text off-page.

• Computer is turned off, online the page in the window is too small. Can not get it back.

  I turned computer, went online and home page is so small, I can barely read. The window itself covers my screen, but the page is in the middle of the screen of the window, 10 sizes too small. I visited all the Web sites were similarly. This page also. I tried to adjust it myself, but it changed nothing. The display settings have not changed that I am aware, so with the same settings as always, I didn't really know what to change. I tried to use the system restore, but that never worked when I tried it in the past. Indicates an error has occurred and cannot complete. I'd appreciate any help. I'm an amateur, where computers are concerned, but I can get around pretty good if I have good instructions.   Thanks in advance for any help!

  You might try to go in the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, then Internet Options, then advanced and select Reset.

  Restores system will fail if you have Norton and do not turn off "tamper protection '.

  I have a HP Probook 4710 17 "and if I use the native screen resolution of 1600 x 900 on web pages font sizes are too small. I need to make my software demonstrations to potential customers, so it is a problem.

  It would be useful to know what browser you view your web pages.
  Assuming Internet Explorer, there are a few things you can do.

  While in the browser window, you can zoom in by holding down the 'Ctrl' key while turning the wheel of the mouse away from you (you can also hold down 'Ctrl' while pressing '+').  He zooms of the entire window.  If you want just text be more grand, select 'View (or Alt - V)-> the text size' and select ' small - medium - large - large.

  Windows Mail uses the same as Internet Explorer print engine.
