• BlackBerry Smartphone app :-(world problem

  I just bought the app LensBoost, during the installation there was a mistake and now the app went to my list of applications uninstalled on the app world, it give me any option to re - install :-(, nobody knows how to solve this problem? I know that is not a lot, but I paid £2.00 for the app and it's a shame that it was not installed, any help would be great! :-)

  If you say this particular Application is uninstalled and not in your list of installed, try this:

  Please perform a battery pull reboot as this device while is powered on remove waiting battery for a min. and then reinsert it wait until the device take a long restart your computer.

  After that go to App world > My World > press the Menu key, and then refresh list. See if it helps.

  If this isn't the case, then try to empty your App world Cache How to clear the cache of BlackBerry App World. After that, another battery pull reboot and see if helps.

  I bought a 'new' curve 9300 on ebay.  When I try to access Blackberry World, he comes back with the message that it is not currently available in your country.  But I'm in the United Kingdom and the phone's GPS must be tell what.  Are there settings in the phone that needs to change or should I return it to the seller?   I tried to look through the menu options and searched the Internet without success.

  I have a BB9780. I got it as a set of second hand.

  My service provider is Vodacom SA and I propose a package of BIS with them, they confirm that my package of their side has no problem.

  My blackberry world works now and I did not do anything else to do the sorting. It seems that regular maintenance is done about it. I would have been nice for us users of BlackBerry phones to be kept informed when there is a scheduled maintenance just if we are aware and in an emergency and we can not use phones...

  BlackBerry World has worked well up until just now. I don't use it often, so therefore cannot for sure.

  Now, I get the error message: "there was a connection problem. BlackBerry World must be closed". I use a stock of Q10 from T-Mobile (OS 10.1 I think).

  I tried to turn off the phone by using the button on the top. I went in the area of APN settings under network mobile, a fake registered Web site and re-entry fast.t - mobile.com (original value). I turned off wi - fi.

  Any ideas? Is - a good Blackberry support? I guess I'll have to pay, but if I can get the resolution, it may be useful.

  Hi I just bought a 9900 store. most likely, the phone is just modernized and no news. How ever, it is difficult to find a 9900 not more on the strong quiet. How ever, I already had a passport, but after 2 days, I bought the Passport I am a new job with a company offer. This company has Enterprise 7. So I need a phone with BB OS 7. so I bought the 9900. I use the same BB ID, but that must not have an invluence. I open the Blackberry world (on my 9900). It says I have to update the program. I can select put or close to level. So I use the upgrade. After that the program then change the web browser. After a ttime shor, a BB site is loaded and it says not found software. You have attempted to access a software downlad page that does not exist. Please check the URL and try again. Can someone help me on this? Thanks Chris
